8 WP4 BENCHMARKING, POLICY FRAMEWORKS AND STAKEHOLDER DIALOGUE, Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Council Benchmarking with relevant tunnel projects (Brenner and St.Gothard) Project Output: Policy Framework Analysis for Fixed Link is a result from: WP2 & WP3 results, WP4 benchmarking results, expert opinions of Advisory Group members, conclusions from the study trips and messages from the stakeholder events The results are summarized in the final report and a Steering Group Recommendation (coordinated by the project director) Recommendation in May 2018 is the basis for the political decision on the fixed link FinEst Link 8
