2 COURSE DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES The 37th Annual Ophthalmology Review Course is a comprehensive and intensive review of the basic principles and recent advances in ophthalmology. The course is designed as a complete review of ophthalmology for practicing ophthalmologists and ophthalmology Residents and Fellows. Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to Refresh, expand and organize their personal knowledge base of ophthalmology through an intensive, up-to-date review of all aspects of the specialty Improve the quality of their ophthalmic practice by incorporating new medical and surgical therapies and diagnostic tests and procedures Identify patients who have uncommon or potentially-blinding diseases that require expedient therapy or need sub-specialist referral Better understand the pathophysiology of most ophthalmic diseases

3 CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION CREDITS The Wills Eye Institute is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Wills Eye Institute designates this live activity for a maximum of 47 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). Course registration is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Full registration fee must accompany registration form. There will be no on-site registration. All registrants must pre-register. Acceptance of course registration will be acknowledged by mail. REFUNDS/CANCELLATION Registration fee, less $25 administrative fee, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received prior to 5 pm February 10, Cancellation received after 5 pm February 10 is subject to 50% of registration fee. In the event of course cancellation, Wills Eye Institute is not responsible for expenses/penalties incurred on airlines, other transportation carriers, and/or hotels. This program has not received any commercial support. Any income in excess of the cost associated with this conference will be restricted for future CME conferences and continuing medical education expenses.
