2 Arrival of the participants Warsaw Chopin Airport Upon arrival at Warsaw Chopin Airport, please go through passport control, collect your luggage, and clear customs. When you reach the arrival hall, please look for a sign with Tenth National Seminar written on it, which will be held by a member of the organisational team. You will be guided to your preferred means of transport to the hotel. You may choose between travelling by train and tram or by bus and tram (PLN 4.40 / 1.50 for a 75 minute ticket) or by taxi (PLN 40 / 10 for a single journey). Hotel check-in in Warsaw You will need to present a valid credit card at the hotel reception. After you have checked in, you will be provided with a seminar pack and your conference badge. Please wear your badge throughout the Seminar. Hotel check-in in Krakow You will need to present a valid credit card at the hotel reception.

4 Sunday, 26 April Transfer by bus to the Museum of the History of Polish Jews Members of the organisational team will meet you in the lobby of your hotel and guide you to the bus. The buses will leave promptly at Speeches and discussions during the Seminar will be simultaneously interpreted into German, English, French, and Polish. A small number of computers and printing facilities will be available in the Museum throughout the Seminar. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the Museum (network name: BRPO password: WARSAW.2015) Bus transfer back to the hotels Transfer by bus to the Przezdziecki Palace, 6 Foksal Street, Warsaw Members of the organisational team will meet you in the lobby of your hotel and guide you to the bus. The buses will leave promptly at Bus transfer back to the hotels.

The buses will leave promptly at the given time Bus transfer back to the hotels Transfer by bus from the Mercure Warszawa Grand Hotel to the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel The bus will leave promptly at Walk to the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland 48/50 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, Warsaw Members of the organisational team will meet you in the lobby of your hotel and guide you to the destination Walk to the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel and then transfer by bus to the Mercure Warszawa Grand Hotel.

6 Tuesday, 28 April 7.30 Check-out of hotels for participants travelling to Krakow on Tuesday All participants travelling to Krakow should check-out of their hotel on Tuesday morning and bring their luggage with them to the bus. There will not be an opportunity to return to the hotels between the end of the commemoration at and the departure of the train to Krakow at from the Mercure Warszawa Grand Hotel 8.00 from the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel Transfer by bus to the Museum of the History of Polish Jews Members of the organisational team will meet you in the lobby of your hotel and guide you to the bus. Participants travelling to Krakow should bring their luggage with them. Your luggage will be stored in the bus throughout the Seminar. The buses will leave promptly at the given time Transfer by bus to the site of the commemoration Marszałek Józef Piłsudski Square, Warsaw Bus transfer to the railway station for participants travelling to Krakow. Bus transfer back to the hotels for participants not travelling to Krakow Travel to Krakow for those visiting the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum on Wednesday Bus transfer to the hotels. 8 Wednesday, 29 April 8.00 Check-out of hotels for participants returning to Warsaw on Wednesday All participants returning to Warsaw on Wednesday should check-out of their hotel on Wednesday morning and bring their luggage with them to the buses Transfer by bus to the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum Members of the organisational team will meet you in the lobby of your hotel and guide you to the bus. The buses will leave promptly at Bus transfer back to Krakow Lunch The lunch will take place in the Stara Zajezdnia Restaurant, 12 Świętego Wawrzyńca Street, Krakow. The bus will bring you directly to the lunch venue Bus transfer to the railway station for participants travelling by train to Warsaw. A separate bus will take participants staying in Krakow back to their hotels Travel to Warsaw for those flying home from Warsaw.
