Accommodation in selected hotels (Saturday): 09:00 10:00 Inauguration in Polonus School 10:00 11:00 Placement test 12:00 16:00 or 11:00 20:00 Integration barbecue (grill and sausages in Piłsudski Park) or Trip to the Łagiewniki forest and Łódź hills area of outstanding beauty and places to visit around the Park, horse riding lessons, campfire with sausages (Sunday): Visiting the Sport and Recreation Center in Arturówek or Aquapark. 2 15:00 19:00 City walk with Polish language: Plac Wolności, sightseeing Nowomiejski Market, Museum of Detka, Piotrkowska street: The monument of "The Trunk of Reymont", Tuwim s Bench, Arthur Rubinstein's Piano, Chair of Jaracz monument (and their biographies), Ludwig Geyer s White Factory (Tuesday): 15:00 18:00 Polish cuisine workshop in English (main Polish dishes). 3 The second week ( ) (Saturday): 07:00 21:00 Trip to Warsaw. 1) Warsaw's Old Town Market Place (Polish: Rynek Starego Miasta) 2) Lazienki Park 3) The Palace of Culture and Science 4) The Warsaw Uprising Museum (Sunday): Trip to the Łagiewniki forest and Łódź hills area of outstanding beauty and places to visit around the Park, horse riding lessons, campfire with sausages or visiting the Sport and Recreation Center in Arturówek (Monday): 14:30 16:30 Muzeum of the City of Łódź 17:00 20:00 Lodz history and multiculturalism lecture in English including: Lodz topography, industrial city, people connected with the creation of Lodz, folklore about Piotrkowska street, city anthem Prząśniczka, information about students life in Lodz, about academic centers, city area: parks, markets, main squares, passages, museums, parks, churches, railway stations, airport).
