4 How to get to Fiera di Genova Car Air Rail In order to reach Fiera di Genova we suggest Taking the A12 motorway (Tyrrhenian coast road): trucks/heavy vehicles and cars/light vehicles: exit at Genova Nervi or Genova Est and follow the signs Fiera di Genova (Information about the motorway network: Società Autostrade ph: Taking the A10 motorway (Autostrada dei Fiori), or A7 (Milano-Genova) or A26 (Alessandria-Genova): 1) cars and light traffic: exit at the Genova Ovest terminal and bypass (Sopraelevata) lead directly to the Fiera di Genova; 2) trucks and heavy traffic: exit at Genova Est and follow the signs Fiera di Genova. Genoa s "Cristoforo Colombo" Airport (ph is about 8 km from the Exhibition Centre. There is a bus service Volabus connecting the airport and Genova Principe and Genova Brignole Railway Station. ( Bus services connect Genoa to the airports of Milan Malpensa (Agenzia Volpi Ph and Nice ( The nearest railway station to Fiera di Genova is Genova Brignole (about 1 kilometre). Busses for the Fiera di Genova: nr. 31. Genova Piazza Principe station is about 4 kilometres from Fiera di Genova. Busses for the Fiera di Genova: nr. 20. 7 Dates and Timetable Setting-up During this period the pedestrian and the vehicle access will be granted to the exhibitor badges holders only. The passes will be sent by to the exhibitors. All Exhibitors are required to provide their own staff and/or external contractors (for booth installation) with the required passes. Only vehicles full-weight are allowed to enter. DATE TIMETABLE NOTES Saturday 9 November from 8.00am to 8.00pm Only for Exhibitors with space only Sunday 10 November from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday 11 November from 8.00am to 8.00pm All the exhibitors (with space only and shell scheme) Tuesday 12 November from 8.00am to 8.00pm All the exhibitors (with space only and shell scheme) From 1.00pm the vehicles will not be admitted inside the pavilion and the finishing works shall be completed only within 8.00pm On 12 November a specific commission will carry out a general visit of the entire show in order to ensure that all stand setting-up provisions have been duly complied with. 8 Special Rules and Regulations PROFESSIONALS ENTRANCE Entrance is free of charge for professionals upon website registration, filling in the invitation received by the exhibitors or registering directly to the Reception of the Exhibition Centre. EXHIBITOR S BADGES Exhibitors are entitled to receive nr. 5 badges free of charge which can be collected at the Fiera di Genova offices during the setting-up days. Passes will be handed over to the exhibitors who have paid the balance due for the participation. The Exhibitor badges will allow you to enter into the hall during the exhibition opening days. PAYMENTS (EXHIBITION AREA) The deposit of 30% of the cost of participation + VAT, must be paid to Fiera di Genova by 13 September The balance of the cost for participation must be paid to Fiera di Genova by 4 November 2013 or within the expiration date indicated on the Confirmation Letter. In the event of non-payment, Fiera di Genova has the right to cancel the space allocation and to impose sanctions as in accordance with the General Regulations and to keep as a penalty the amount of the participation fee. Exhibitors who have not paid the balance shall not be permitted to bring in goods and set up stands in the Fair Grounds, furthermore the car parking pass and the Exhibitor s badges will not be handed over. Fiera di Genova will send the relevant account documentation to each Exhibitor. ORDER FORMS SENT WITHOUT PAYMENT RECEIPT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED The delivery of items or services required during the setting-up cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Anyway all the orders submitted to the Fiera offices during the setting-up will be processed only after immediate payment. Payment can be made: 1. Exhibitors are reminded that can only be collected in the cash amounts up to 999,99 euro (VAT included). Therefore for bigger amounts you should refer to the banks. 7

9 Procedure for participation 1 FILL IN AND RETURN: - Application form (taking special care not to forget VAT, Tax Code, and giving the name of the person signing) - Taxable Entity s Declaration for business purposes form - Conditions of Participation - General Rules and Regulations of Fiera di Genova RETURN: - Copy of your registration at the Chamber of Commerce (private Companies) - Copy of the resolution of expenditure commitment or similar document (public Agencies) 2 3 RETURN (by 13th September 2013) the receipt of the payment of the deposit of 30% of the cost of participation + VAT FILL IN AND RETURN the order forms included in this Manual to require the services, together with the payment receipt FIERA DI GENOVA SENDS: - Letter of Confirmation - Free invitations for customers 4 PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE by 4 November 2013 SETTING-UP 5 BEGINNING OF THE SETTING-UP after delivery of the Exhibition area occupation form at the Fiera di Genova Offices the services will be provided, if due (included the electrical system connection). For the exhibitor with space only the electrical system will not be connected failing to provide the documents regarding the materials used in the stand and for the electrical system NOV 6 COLLECT THE EXHIBITOR KIT including the passes/badges for the exhibitor at the Fiera di Genova offices Only for exhibitors who have made all payments EXHIBITION FIERA DI GENOVA DELIVERIES: NOV invoice for the services required and any additional adjustment of electricity DISMANTLING 8 7 DISMANTLING WORKS and delivery of the Exhibition area restitution form at the Fiera di Genova Offices 15(evening) NOV

10 Privacy communication PRIVACY STATEMENT PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003, AS AMENDED AND INTEGRATED Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended and integrated (code on the protection of personal data), provides for the protection of people and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.
