2 Subscriptions VAT 0 % Sonera Exact Pro Sonera Exact Pro is a total package containing a call package, a message package and Internet access at a single price. The price depends on the choice of the call, message and data packages. The call minutes included in the Sonera Exact Pro call package can be used for calls and video calls in Finland. The message volume included in the message package can be used for sending text and multimedia messages in Finland. The Internet access can be used according to the selected package in Finland. In addition to the network in Finland, the call, message and data packages can also be used without an extra charge in TeliaSonera s networks in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The Sonera Exact Pro call and message packages also includes calls and video calls and text and multimedia messages from Finland to the Nordic and Baltic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). The Exact Pro access rates are available at the indicated maximum data volume (Pro N 25 GB, Pro L 5 GB, Pro M 3 GB, Pro S 0,5 GB). It is possible to include a maximum of four Pro Surf Cards and one Multi-SIM service to each subscription to Sonera Exact Pro. The Pro Surf Card uses the data volume included in the surf package of the main subscription. The Pro Surf Card does not have voice capability. The Intra Company call service can be connected to the following Sonera mobile subscriptions designed for business users: Sonera Business Subscription, and Sonera Exact for Companies, Sonera Basic for Companies and My Sonera for Companies subscriptions. 20 References 1) If the customer has a valid Sonera Coporate Agreement upon the conclusion of an Agreement for Small Companies, Sonera replaces all the customer s subscriptions with My Sonera for Companies subscriptions, unless Sonera and the customer have agreed to include some other subscription type in the Agreement for Small Companies. 2) Invoiced according to the lowest call rate available to the customer. 3) Some terminal devices allow you to write and send text messages of over 160 characters. In these cases, the message transmitted over the mobile network is split into messages of up to 160 characters, and each of these messages is subject to a standard text message transmission charge. 4) At least three Sonera mobile subscriptions are required. 5) Company Data, Control or Control Plus subscriptions cannot be connected to the service. 8) The smallest unit charged for in GPRS, EDGE and UMTS traffic is 1 kb. 1 megabyte (MB) = 1,024 kilobytes (kb). 10) The monthly charge includes a volume of domestic data transfer according to the principle of reasonable use (max. 3 GB / month) during the invoicing period. If the customer exceeds the limit, Sonera is entitled to restrict the use of the service. A data connection is always charged for when network capacity has been reserved for the connection. Sonera is not liable for the service provider s system or its availability at a certain time. Further, Sonera is not responsible if messages are not transmitted or do not arrive at the recipient or cannot otherwise be used for reasons attributable to the user s terminal equipment or its features. Also, Sonera is not responsible for any files or parts of files that are lost, are not received or are received corrupted on account of an interrupted data transfer connection. 11) A monthly charge for the call package as well as for the subscription will be charged. 12) The minimum charge per call is ) Data calls are invoiced for on the mobile phone invoice. Messages sent from a mobile device to an information system are invoiced for according to the invoicing method selected in the Sonera Mobile Message agreement: in other words, either according to the subscription price list on the mobile phone invoice or according to the message charges of the Sonera Mobile Message service on the Sonera Mobile Message invoice. The change of price tier does not affect the rate applied to preceeding messages. If the invoicing method selected for messages sent to a short number is Sonera Mobile Message invoicing and messages are sent from abroad, the messages sent from abroad are subject not only to a message charge of the Sonera Mobile Message service but also to a text message charge of the operator selected by the customer in accordance with the said operator s invoicing bases and Sonera s subscription price list. 22) The delivery of the Company Terminal service includes access rights for ten people. 23) The set-up charge for a data call in a Control subscription is 0.09/call (VAT 0%) and it is collected when the call has lasted 30 seconds. 24) The monthly charge for the service includes the number of location determinations specified for the category. The total number of location determinations comprises both the location determinations made from the service and those made from mobile phones. The monthly charge includes both network-based location determinations and GPS positionings. The monthly charge is service-specific, not subscription-specific. 25) No discounts according to the Agreement for Small Companies and the Corporate Agreement are given on text messages sent from the service to mobile phones or on the monthly charge of the service. Discounts according to the Agreement for Small Companies and the Corporate Agreement are, however, given on text messages sent from mobile phones to the coordinator at a short number of the service.
