3 S Spring creek golf & County club Brand New Look pring Creek Golf and Country Club s 30,000 square foot club house is the new focus at the championship club. This inviting space mixes stone, exposed wood and natural light to create a comfortable environment, fit for casually watching the end of a round of golf or providing the atmosphere for a formal wedding. The vision of this building started almost a decade ago and Huff s Signature Series design team was able bring this vision to fruition. The new concrete tilt-up clubhouse is orientated to maintain the view of the first fairway, as the focal point of the structure. 4 HILMAR CHEESE Planning for the Future T argeting to achieve Platinum LEED certification, a first for the central valley, is the new Hilmar Cheese Company administration building. two story, 54,000 square foot building will stand as a premier example of sustainable design in Merced County. The Sited in close proximity to the existing Hilmar Cheese facility, the new building will feature a 6,000 square-foot central atrium space that will provide natural daylight for the interior office areas. The atrium also will serve as a hospitality area for the many catered events held by the company. Additionally, the structure will incorporate recycled and regionally manufactured materials along with energy saving building techniques that will reduce energy by 20% over a comparable conventionally constructed building.
