The Main Library is a five-story building, with 300,000 SF and a 600-space parking garage. The court level features a 400-seat auditorium, a 5,000 SF multi-purpose meeting room, a catering kitchen and a pre-function gallery. The first floor features a café and bookstore, the popular library collection and a Teen Area with a cyber café. The Children's Area, with a nature theme, includes an indoor theater that resembles a screened porch and opens to an outdoor courtyard with a reflecting pool. The third floor houses an non-fiction books. The grand reading room, with a 42-foot-tall ceiling, is the focus of the fourth floor and contains specialty collections.

2 Kim C. Hammond Justice Center Bunnell, FL Teamwork is what makes an Elkins project great. The Kim C. Hammond Justice Center is situated on a 28-acre site prominently located at the gateway to the City of Bunnell. The four-story building was constructed mainly of architectural precast concrete with a standing seam metal roof. The facility is approximately 138,000 SF and houses six judicial officers, Court Programs, Clerk of Courts, State Attorney, Public Defender, certain functions of the Sheriff s office, accommodations for jury assembly and grand jury functions, as well as parking for 460 vehicles.

3 Clay County Jail Green Cove Springs, FL Our most important task is to make the clients happy. Elkins has been involved with the modifications to Clay County Correctional Facility since Through the years, we provided a vehicle maintenance facility, a cooling tower expansion, a three-story, cast-in-place 58-bed jail expansion, and a 150,000 sf, five-story, precast concrete facility for 256 new beds in a dormitory style setting. 34 beds are in a confined facility.

4 City of Jacksonville Medical Examiner s Office Jacksonville, FL We never lose sight of the personal aspect of building and construction. This project was a 6,600 SF renovation and 10,876 SF new facilities. Renovations included a refurbished lobby, a family room, more office space, and new photo and autopsy laboratories. The noted improvements are further highlighted by the luminescent exterior and interiors, including the installation of sky lights, an employee kitchen, and improved security systems. The formerly dreary building now has the look and feel of a more modern medical complex. Elkins provided services without disrupting operations through a difficult, but well planned phasing process.

5 Camden County Public Library Kingsland, GA Teamwork is what makes an Elkins project great. The Camden County Public Library is a 17,000 SF structure with ceilings and roofs rising over 30 feet high. The entire structure is framed in 2 X 6 lumber and encased with 6 of poured tabby concrete exterior walls. Over 180 tons of cleaned and washed oyster shells were used. The interiors are warm and comfortable, making judicious use of marble, walnut case work and mahogany. Custom inlaid carpet and tile complete the look, providing a subtle, rich flavor to the library. This project was a highly unique and architectural building with vaulted ceilings, exposed woodwork and marble top fixtures.

6 Clay County Courthouse Green Cove Springs, FL The remodeling and expansion of the 31-year-old Clay County Courthouse includes expanding the existing 74,000 SF, four-story building to include eight new courtrooms (four shelled). Work was carried out around the existing courthouse without interfering with the day-to-day operations. The 96,000 SF addition is used for misdemeanor and civil cases, administrative space, a law library and court support services. Elkins also built the Clay County Jail and Sheriff's Administration Building adjacent to the county courthouse several years ago. 7 City of Jacksonville Beach Operations & Maintenance Facility Jacksonville Beach, FL We never lose sight of the personal aspect of building and construction. The Jacksonville Beach Operations and Maintenance Facility was an 84,000 SF project that encompassed nine separate buildings. Those buildings included offices, a warehouse, storage, a vehicle maintenance building, electrical and generator buildings, a receiving dock and fueling station.

8 City of Valdosta Water Treatment Facility Valdosta, GA The company s leadership team shares a passionate commitment to integrity, quality and customer service excellence. 15 million GPD water treatment plant composed of four buildings: 9,000 SF ozone building; 6,500 SF chemical building; 15,000 SF electrical building; operations building and radio telemetry system. Other equipment included three sulfide strippers and off-gas scrubbers; 5,000 gallon above ground diesel fuel storage tanks and containment basin; stormwater detention; yard piping; electrical systems and automated process and instrumentation control systems.

9 City of Jacksonville Beach Golf Club, Clubhouse & Storage Facility Jacksonville Beach, FL We never lose sight of the personal aspect of building and construction. This design/build project included the addition of a new 6,000 SF clubhouse to the Jacksonville Beach Golf Club. The new clubhouse also included a cart barn and a remote concession stand. The site was occupied during construction.

10 St. Johns County Administration Building St. Augustine, FL Teamwork is what makes an Elkins project great. 105,000 SF, two-story building located on 10-acres. The building includes a 320-seat auditorium and houses the County Commission, County Administration, County Attorney, Office of Management and Budget, Records, and several other components. A parking garage on the bottom floor means the two higher floors will be above the level of a storm surge up to a Category 4. The building is composed of structural steel and concrete tilt-panels.

11 Georgia Air National Guard 165th AW/CRTC Troop Quarters, Phase I & II Savannah, GA We never lose sight of the personal aspect of building and construction. This new troop quarters for the 165th Air Wing Troop for the Georgia National Guard is part of their combat readiness training facility. It is 73,986 SF with 164 rooms on three floors. The building also includes offices and a laundry facility. The building is constructed of structural steel, structural metal studs and hollow core with a brick exterior. Construction was completed on a highly secure military site, and was carried out to meet a 15% MBE/SBE goal.

12 Camden County Public Safety Complex Woodbine, GA The company s leadership team shares a passionate commitment to integrity, quality and customer service excellence. Construction of new two-story Public Safety Complex including administrative offices, emergency operations center, sally port, 16,000 SF Operations Center, and a 60-cell jail with 124 beds. Construction was a poured in place concrete, two-story structure. Cells were arranged symmetrically around a central control station for minimal operation costs. Facility includes full kitchen, detox tank and diesel emergency generator.
