14 Boundaries to cultivate independence & accountability General Rules Study Time from 8.00pm to 9.30pm in the Dining Hall (Sunday to Thursday) No boarder is to be found at common areas (ground floor) during study time and after 10.30pm Sleep by 12.00mn mobile phone, modems, etc Study after 11.00pm (in study room only)

15 Boundaries to cultivate independence & accountability General Rules Tuition and other lessons Returning after 8.00pm (must inform BM) Returning after 10.30pm (must obtain Leave Form in advance from BM) Overnight leave form to be completed for boarders returning after 10.30pm with parents consent. (Boarders are encouraged to return to the BS before 12mn for safety reasons)

20 Parents abroad If both parents are out of Singapore and temporarily out of reach Kindly inform BMs the period when parents are away In case of emergency, who else should BMs contact and important contact numbers

21 Sick or Emergency Parents will be informed ASAP Parents may bring boarders home or Boarding Staff will accompany boarder to the clinic or hospital BS will pay in advance for boarders

22 Medication or Special Needs To bring along medication. Only medication for external application will be provided. Inform BMs if boarder has special needs e.g. allergy, medical advice

23 Check-in: Saturday, 9 th January 2016 or Sunday, 10 th January 2016 Bring EZ Link card to HCIBS General Office (from Monday 4 th January onwards) Activated EZ Link card = Access card Able to access Halls C or G
