Our spacious grounds offer beautiful old gum trees, eight acres of vineyard and views of the Brokenback mountain range, providing the perfect backdrop for exchanging vows and taking wedding photography. The Hunter Valley offers a myriad of breathtaking seasons to choose in which to celebrate your nuptials. ~ Summer ~ December to February is Harvest time in the Hunter Valley and is the most vibrant and exciting time of the year. Warm days see the vineyards bathed with green foliage and the region abuzz with winemaking activities. Autumn ~ March to May sees the vineyards slowly turn to a warm orange hue as the leaves begin to fall. With the warmer weather beginning to slow, this time of the year is a photographers dream Winter ~ June to August is a spectacular time of the year in the Hunter Valley. Perfect blue sky days, and mild day time temperatures are perfect for afternoon ceremonies, leading to cool evenings of romance with cozy open fireplaces. Spring ~ September to November sees the vines spring back to life with delicate new growth dancing across the vineyards of the region. It is in September that the region becomes transformed into lush rolling greens.

With an expansive all weather veranda and the main dining room, the restaurant overlooks the properties private vineyard and the Brokenback Mountain Range THE GUEST LOUNGE Located in the main guesthouse building and central to your accommodation, the guestlounge offers seated dining for up to 24 guests. THE HARVEST ROOM An intimate private dining room located within Restaurant Botancia offering seated dining for up to 14 people MARQUEE Enjoy the beautiful setting in between Restaurant Botanica and our private vineyard, hosting up to 120 in an outdoor marquee. This option offers you the flexibility to create the reception space of your wedding dreams! *please note standard packages do not include marquee hire and other T&C s apply

Set back from the buzz of Hermitage Road, the retreat guesthouse building is nestled between the properties private eight acre vineyard and natural bush land. With only 12 rooms, your privacy is assured, with every one of the spacious rooms and suites being created to be you personal haven, all featuring: Plush king sized bedding, lounge area with your own open fireplace, ensuite with spa bath, stunning amenities and special touches like cute rubber ducks & body loofahs, fluffy robes and slippers. Technology includes flatscreen TV, CD/DVD player, ipod Docking stations and Reverse Cycle Airconditioning Plus every one of our accommodation bookings receive complimentary wine on arrival and a gourmet a la carte breakfast each morning The retreat offers 8 open plan King Spa Rooms, along with 4 Luxury Spa Suites offering separate living and bedroom and the option of private balcony or courtyard. 8 As Spicers Vineyards Estate and Restaurant Botanica offer a small, intimate vineyard venue, we include exclusive use of the property on your wedding day. As a part of the venue hire, Spicers Vineyards Estate provides the set up of your ceremony, 24 ceremony chairs and signing table, along with all of the equipment required to cater for up to 80 guests for your reception. Your venue hire also provides your team with access to the property from 12 noon on the day of your wedding to create the wedding of your dreams! Lunch receptions are available as a stand alone event without accommodation or exclusive use of the entire venue. Ceremonies may be held late morning on the grounds with the reception beginning from 12noon, and concluding by 4.30pm. VENUE HIRE FEE Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays $4500 Mon Fri $2000 Venue Hire includes a complementary Luxury Spa Suite for you for the night of your wedding TERMS & CONDITIONS To secure your exclusive wedding with Spicers, a deposit equal to the Venue Hire fee is required. Wedding packages reflect a minimum number of 50 guests for all Restaurant Botanica and Marquee Receptions, with minimum numbers not applicable for The Harvest Room or The Guest Lounge. Live musical entertainment at Spicers restricted to a soloist, duos, trios and low amplified jazz musicians. Noise emanating from entertainment, music or related activities must not exceed our noise restrictions and we ask that you advise your chosen artist of these prior to your booking confirmation. Minimum of 3 Nights of accommodation will apply for weddings booked over a Public Holiday Long Weekend Spicers Vineyards Estate and Restaurant Botanica can accommodate children when booking the property exclusively, but do not specifically cater for them. Please contact us to discuss children s options.
