5 After School Ends Summer Camp to begin CLOTH afterschool ended for the year on June 22 nd and kids from CHAH and P.S. 4 got parties to celebrate the beginning of summer! P.S. 4 CHAH After School/Summer Camp

6 Zika Town Hall CLOTH and CHAH hosted the City Health Commissioner, Dr. Mary Bassett, in a town hall about the Zika Virus in New York. Over half of New York s 233 Zika cases have been discovered in people who have recently traveled to the Dominican Republic. Do you have all the facts? Resources for more information Zika Town Hall

7 Ingrid Amparo! Ingrid Amparo, Merchant Organizer, has worked at CLOTH since This month we are honoring her because of her outstanding job bringing together our annual Summer Sunday event. Ingrid brought together volunteers, performers, local businesses and neighbors for this year s event, making it one of our best yet! Her outstanding attitude and fortitude in the face of difficulties was inspiring to us all. Ingrid is an example of community spirit and hard work and we feel blessed to have her on our team. 8 New York Cares New York Cares Volunteers played an important role at Summer Sundays this year. They showed up with great attitudes and excellent work ethics. We want to send a special thanks to them for all their hard work. Partner of the Month

9 Youth Summer Program Fundraiser Join us for an evening of food, drink and prizes as we come together to support the youth of Washington Heights. For 64 years CLOTH has provided summer recreation programming to those who need it most. Your $100 ticket buys you entrance for two to the event and a chance to win one of many prizes! CLOTH is excited to present our first ever YANKEE CHALLENGE You have the opportunity to win four Legends Box tickets in Yankee Stadium on July 18 th and to be a Gold Star supporter of the CLOTH summer youth program!
