Vice President, Application & Platform Roger Dunkin Roger Dunkin is a worldwide leader in risk management technology solutions, with more than 20 years of experience serving global organizations and providing solutions that directly and positively affect the bottom line. As the Vice President of Operations for Riskonnect, Inc., Dunkin is responsible for the professional support and services teams for Riskonnect's growing suite of enterprise- class risk management technology solutions. He built and leads the only 24x7x365 support team in the industry. With expertise in both Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and traditional Risk Management processes and systems, Dunkin has developed numerous risk management applications. Dunkin's expertise in risk mapping models, ERM systems,

4 cost allocation, loss forecasting models, quantitative applications, claims administration systems, financial modeling software and data warehousing solutions, enables him to bring best- in- class technology solutions that significantly improve an organization's total cost of risk. Dunkin has been the architect of complex technologies for national and global companies across numerous sectors including retail, grocery, food and beverage and media and communications. Dunkin is a member of the national Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and the Birmingham, Alabama, local chapter of RIMS and is also a member of the RIMS Technology Advisory Council. He earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences from Berry College. Vice President of Global Business Development Jack Tatum Jack Tatum is a proven leader in the risk management industry, with over 28 years of experience with major insurance brokerages, third party administrators and technology groups, including Risk Sciences Group (RSG), Crawford & Co., Marsh and Willis North America. Mr. Tatum spent the first 15 years of his career at RSG, as a Risk Management Information System (RMIS) developer, bringing specific expertise in claims, safety, worker s compensation, medical management and property risk control. He eventually took over the executive leadership of that organization as President of RSG and Chief Information Officer of RSG s parent, Crawford & Co. In 1997, Mr. Tatum was tapped by Marsh as Managing Director of Marsh Risk Consulting, responsible for the southern half of the United States and Latin America. In 2009, Mr. Tatum took on a similar Executive role at Willis. While at Marsh and Willis, he implemented strategies to reduce clients total cost of risk, across all lines. In 2010, he was recruited by Riskonnect, Inc., as VP of Global Business Development, responsible for all business development activities at the fastest growing risk management technology firm in the world. He holds dual degrees from The Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina: a Bachelor of Science in Applied Operational Statistics and Marketing. Regional Sales Executive Gina Rothweiler Gina Rothweiler joined Riskonnect from Aon Risk Solutions where she was the Vice President of Business Development from 2007 to Gina began her 21 year career in the RMIS Industry as a Risk Manager in Chicago. She has held various positions including RMIS Consultant, Account Executive and Manager of Midwest Client Service Team. Gina earned her Bachelor of Art degree from Penn State University and has her ARM designation.

5 Regional Sales Executive Ken Bolger Ken Bolger joined Riskonnect from CS Stars, where he was an Account Executive Manager from Ken began his lengthy career in the RMIS industry at Crawford & Company Risk Sciences Group in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1990; he would eventually become the Director of Operations and Technical Operations during his tenure there. He also served as Assistant Vice President of Relationship Management, Senior Systems Consultant and Project Leader in his innumerable experiences in the risk management industry. Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Information in Management Information Systems from Pace University in New York. Regional Sales Executive Jim Haas Jim Haas joins Riskonnect from Aon esolutions where he was a Regional Vice President from January 2010 to June In this position, Haas headed a sales team that led the world in sales results doubling sales for the nearest peer group and earned him the Aon esolutions leadership award for Prior to this, Jim was a Territory Vice President for Aon since From 1993 to 1998, he was a claims supervisor and risk manager for Resource Dealer Group. Along with his exceptional sales experience, Jim specializes in construction, retail and financial industry risks. Regional Sales Executive Stephen Breslin Stephen Breslin joins Riskonnect from Aon esolutions where he was a Territory Vice President of Business Development from 2004 to In this position, Breslin consulted with clients to develop, plan, and deploy technology solutions that related to the clients specific needs. Prior to coming to Aon in 2000, Breslin was an Account Manager with ESIS TPA Services from 1998 to 2000 and a Claims and Risk Control Manager at CIGNA Risk Management from 1996 to He brings years of experience in client consultation and data analysis management to Riskonnect.

6 Practice Director, Implementation Meredith Randall Meredith is responsible for strategy and execution for all Riskonnect products. She leads a team of consultants and specialists who work with clients, industry experts and other Riskonnect teams to implement market leading solutions. The Implementation Team is responsible for detailed design, configuration, and project management. With more than 30 years of experience in the risk management and related industries, building and delivering technology to lower clients' overall costs of risk, she is driven to continuously expand the functionality while maximizing consistency and quality within Riskonnect products. Randall joined Riskonnect in 2009 after 27 years at Crawford & Company s Risk Sciences Group. As director of Product Development and Support, she was responsible for a multi- million dollar annual budget for the RSG infrastructure, product design, development and support of the RSG Sigma Encore risk management information system, serving hundreds of client customers. She holds an MA in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. Senior Solutions Architect Angie Trygestad Angie Trygestad, Solutions Architect, comes to Riskonnect from The Schwan Food Company where she was Director, Insurance Services, Risk Management. She reported directly to Assistant General Counsel, providing management oversight for insurance and risk management information platforms. She has made significant contributions in loss sensitive allocation design, RMIS implementations and Risk Finance Techniques: such as loss portfolio transfers, trusts and captives. Angie also completed ongoing training in areas of new and emerging Enterprise Risk Management Standards (ISO 31000) and completing the ongoing training in the area of Risk Assessment. She is affiliated with the Captive Board Member for Northern Cross Assurance and the Risk and Insurance Society. She also was a previous board member of Bermuda Captive Owners Association. Angie graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with an MBA and a Minor in Technology from The State University of New York at Potsdam. She also has earned an Associate in Risk Management Certification, AICPCU and ARM Designation, 2003.

7 Practice Director, Enterprise Risk Services Russell McGuire Russell joined Riskonnect in January 2012 as Director, Enterprise Risk Services. Russell is a proven leader in the insurance and risk management field, with more than 25 years experience. He was a member of the Technology Advisory Council of Risk and Insurance Management Society and served on the ERM Committee at RIMS for 3 years. His certifications include ARM, ALCM, CGRCP, FANZIIF, DipBS, and FIRM. Russell came to Riskonnect from Milliman, Inc., as a Senior Consultant and Product Manager, where he evaluated and designed Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools to support Enterprise Risk Management processes for clients. He worked with consultants in France, Germany, Italy, Holland and Great Britain. He developed ERM frameworks and provided consultation to clients on implementing ERM processes. He has also held positions at Alliance Data Systems, Risk Labs and Tillinghast- Towers Perrin. KPMG Professor of Business Saint Peter s College Former RIMS Executive Director Jack Hampton Jack Hampton is the KPMG professor of business and the dean of the School of Professional and Continuing Studies and Graduate Business Programs at St. Peter s College in Jersey City, New Jersey. Previously, he was dean of the schools of business at Seton Hall and Connecticut State universities and provost of the College of Insurance in New York City. Hampton specializes in enterprise risk management. He writes a regular column for Business Insurance magazine. He served as director of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) from 2000 to Hampton received a Bachelors of Arts, cum laude, in Liberal Arts from Stetson University. In 2009, Jack wrote a book entitled, Fundamentals of Enterprise Risk Management: How Top Companies Assess Risk, Manage Exposure and Seize Opportunity. He received a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.

8 Consulting Partner Mark Stephens Mark Stephens manages the Milliman Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Services practice group. The practice delivers a portfolio of risk consulting services, such as enterprise risk design, test and build projects, operational risk assessments, ERM education and training, and ERM technology evaluation. The ERM practice uses diagnostic consulting strategies to understand an organization s enterprise risk goals and challenges and then customizes solutions to deliver required business results. Mark began his career as a risk management consultant for Federated Mutual and later transitioned to managing director for Aon Risk Services. While at Aon, Mark designed and managed Aon Value Exchange, which provided pricing and margin guidance for broker products and services. In addition, Mark managed the Aon Global esolutions Group, which developed risk analytics software for multinational clients to assist with enterprise risk, claims management, exposure management, and policy management. Mark served on the management teams for Aon s Enterprise Risk Practice Council, the Financial Institutions Practice Group, and the ARS- US National Service Board. Mark also led national and international change management teams for risk software integration and for margin improvement. Finally, Mark was CEO of Aon RiskLabs and led the M&A team for Aon s acquisition of Risk Laboratories and Valley Oak Systems. In 2007, Mark founded Strategic Risk Partners, where he designed industry- leading best practices for enterprise risk management and operational risk. In addition, he developed a unique online software platform for collaboration around governance, risk and compliance, ERM, and operational risk.
