Key Qualifications: Operations consultant (ITIL) One of Flemming s main areas is the role of operations consultant, here he has helped more than one client, having the structure and documentation of IT-operations in place, as well as getting control of the IT-operational processes and tasks, using ITIL as the framework. IT security specialist (ISO and DS484:2005) For a while now, Flemming has been working with IT-Security with DS 484 and ISO as the referential framework (Actually Flemming was working with Danish Standard to develop the new DS 484). Helping clients getting IT secure on an overall level, and in operations especially. Project Manager: Flemming has much routine as a project manager, due to his managing of several small and medium sized projects. These projects, have covered implementation, operations as well as traditional development projects. Designing Lotus Notes applications to support the IT-operation structure Drawing up awareness campaigns for the new structure We are in the middle of the process so nothing can be said for sure, but it seems that BRFkredit are getting a much better documentation and overview of all the systems and tasks in keeping these operational. Laying out project plans Follow-up on all the stages and tasks in the project Informing management of progress and problems Coordinating the implementation with the company handling the outsourced IT-operation for BRFkredit. Coordinating the writing of documentation for the systems running on the two servers. Based on the calculations of price and use, BRFkredit decided NOT to implement PKI, but instead to implement a more well known method of authenticating the clients. The project has been put back to life, since BRFkredit has found additional use for PKI, witch means that the ROI will be acceptable. 02/ /2003 BRFkredit, Copenhagen Task/Project description: Interim IT security manager Writing an overall risk assessment for BRFkredit Document and solve all reported IT security incidents Getting the IT security focus group back together and working Clearing the desk for the new permanent IT security manager Handling over the chair to the IT security manager I had the desk cleared for the new IT security manger, meaning that no outstanding IT security incidents was left, an overall risk assessment was written, outlining the critical points for the new manager to start with. And finally the IT security focus group was back together again and working. In addition I left a proposal on how to structure the work with IT security in BRFkredit. 10/ /2003 ATP, Hillerød Task/Project description: Test manager testing a Unit Link system Laying out project plans in cooperation with the testers Follow-up on all the stages and tasks in the project Holding two weekly project meetings with the testers Informing management of progress and problems Coordinating the different tests versions with the developers Due to lack of resources and a large work pressure, not all the functionality was tested properly and the production version was somewhat limited. Laying out project plans in cooperation with the developers Follow-up on all the stages and tasks in the project Holding weekly project meetings Informing management of progress and problems The system was developed and delivered on time, but the client (ATP) had too few resources to test the application thoroughly. 02/ /2002 FSP (FinansSektorens Pensionsselskab), Copenhagen Task/Project description: Test-manager for the test of a system for life-insurance and pensions Describing the test manuscript Making project plans for the test In association with the contractor (Forsikringens Datacenter or FDC), keep track of the error reports Prioritizing the error reports Functioning as the liaison officer between FSP and FDC The above operations was structured by the use of MS excel, since no other tool was available. The main functions of the system were tested and the system was set into production. 12/ /2001 BRFkredit, Copenhagen Task/Project description: Operations and security consultant, helping the client making the IT-department more secure. Analyzing reports from the IT-accountant Interviewing employees regarding the tasks they carry out Drawing process- diagrams describing the employee tasks Document specific parts of the IT-department Present the solutions to the IT-accountant Developing small applications in Lotus Notes Updating the IT-security handbook of the company All the items in the reports from the IT-accountant were removed. Build an OS/2 CID server for software distribution to all PC s in FinansSupport. Tools : OS/2 OS/2 LAN server Microsoft Office OS/2 REXX Through meetings with all the department heads we designed a software image for the standard PC in FinansSupport. Technical project manager, setting up the entire installation in Denmark, testing it to make sure that all components were functional. A technician setup the hardware in Greenland. I used Lotus Notes, Lotus AmiPro and Lotus as the tools. The installations were completed just in time before the winter set in, in Greenland. I had no real contact with the client, since FinansSupport was a subcontractor in the project. 02/ /1996 FinansSupport, Copenhagen Task/Project description: Project Manager, design and produce a price-card (a plastic card) Coordinating the different actions in the project. I used Lotus Notes, Lotus AmiPro and Lotus as the tools. The card was produced on time but the client chose to withhold the card for several months due to a lack of interest from the clients. 03/ /1996 FinansSupport, Copenhagen Task/Project description: Project Manager, implementing 1500 new PC s in Bikuben. I had two teams of technicians doing the actual implementation in the branches. I used Lotus Notes, Lotus AmiPro and Lotus as the tools. Daily tracking of all the installations and a close relationship to the client resulted in the fact that the client ordered additional 100 PC s during the project. Side 12 af 12
