The Desert Adventures Airport Representative will be waiting at an allocated meeting point in the arrivals area (please refer to the map) of the airport terminals, holding a sign with the passengers names We kindly request the guests to identify themselves to our team members We will present the guest with a Desert Adventures Welcome Pack containing useful information on the destination and recommended tours and excursions, city map, office numbers, name and contact number of the pre-assigned representative, a schedule on when he or she will be visiting the guest, 24- hour emergency number and hotel vouchers (if accommodation is booked through Desert Adventures) HOW CAN GUESTS RECOGNIZE DESERT ADVENTURES AIRPORT REPRESENTATIVES? All our airport team members are easily identifiable in their distinct uniform. RECOMMENDATION IN CASE OUR REPRESENTATIVE CAN T BE LOCATED?
