3 Getting there Cervinia, Valle d Aosta By plane Transfers are facilitated by the short distance from the international airports of Turin Caselle (118 km), Milan Malpensa (160 km), Milan Linate (180 km) and Geneva (CH). Transfers to and from the airports can be arranged by coach, taxi or car rental. By Train The nearest railway station is at Châtillon/Saint-Vincent (info and timetables From Châtillon, and also from Turin and Milan, there is a coach service to and from Breuil-Cervinia Valtournenche (info and timetables By Car Easy to reach, served by the A5 Torino-Aosta motorway. Take the Châtillon/Saint-Vincent exit and head along the regional road to Cervinia for 28 km. Valtournenche is 19 km after Châtillon and 9 km before Breuil-Cervinia.

4 Cervinia, Valle d Aosta, Italy Cervinia forms part of the Breuil-Cervinia Valtournenche Zermatt ski area and is one of the largest ski domains in the Alps. The area provides a large variety of pistes to suit all abilities, stretching through three valleys between Italy and Switzerland. Cervinia, one of the highest resorts in the Italian Alps, is dominated by the impressive Matterhorn and surrounded by some of Europe s grandest peaks. Cervinia is a popular destination due to its excellent snow conditions, sunny climate and rustic village resort offering exceptional local cuisine and après-ski activity. Ski passes include the Cervinia and Zermatt ski areas, where both Swiss and Italian culture and charm are offered in an abundance. In the summer months skiing is still available with 23km of glacial pistes and a snow park to help keep ski aficionados entertained.
