2 BACCOLUX We have developed a new tour in north-west Italy, to show you beautiful areas, all still to be discovered. We will show you three geographic areas that are close together but widely varying in food, wine and traditions. In a few days on this unique tour, you will be able to appreciate some of Italy s many, geographic and culinary distinctive qualities. Lunch and dinner are enjoyed in a different, original way, eating typical local food and drinking premium local wines. You ll learn to distinguish many kinds of red, white and rosé wines and appreciate their differences. You will also love the spumanti, passiti, grappe... and cakes, biscuits and local sweets. These are all things you desire, but do not know about yet! BACCOLUX You will also visit famous and beautiful castles and convents. You will visit the richest wine cellar in Italy with over bottles of wine, taste some of them, and also visit the most important European interactive mountain museum. Every day brings a new area with gorgeous views and new culinary, naturalistic and historical adventures. You will always be comfortably guided by our staff. 3 1st dayarrival Transfer from the airport. Lunch at a typical milanese restaurant. Day in Ivrea/Viverone - relaxation. Dinner at a characteristic restaurant in Ivrea. For people who prefer relaxing and playing sports, there is a tennis court and swimming pool for the summer. You can also water-ski, water board, sail, ride horses, play golf, mountain bike, hike, and ski in winter and summer. 2nd day Le Langhe 3td day Valle d Aosta Le Langhe in Piedmont This place will immediately bring to mind the precious, tasty worldwide famous wines of this area: Barolo, Barbaresco and Nebbiolo. Don t forget truffles and the exquisite of Le Langhe! After leaving the hotel in you will reach the legendary Barolo area after about an hour. We will visit the historical city centre and stop at the famous Borgogno winery for a taste of great wines. Lunch will be at an ancient restaurant in Barolo where you will eat typical dishes of the area, tasting different wines with every dish. After lunch you will visit the restaurant s wine cellar to sample some more wine and grappa. We will also visit some vineyards with an expert sommelier. If you wish to buy food or wines, they will be sent to your home. Along the route you will visit the beautiful Reggia di Venarla Reale (castle). We will go back to the hotel in Ivrea/Viverone along a panoramic Langhe route and have dinner at a characteristic local restaurant. 4td and 5th days Liguria hills and sea 6th day Return If your flight will be in the morning: transfer from the Hotel to the Airport If your flight is in the evening: you can spend your day as you like: Relaxing in Ivrea or on the lake. Taking a trip to Lakes Viverne or Sirio. Going on a trip to Lake Maggiore. Shopping in Milan. Relaxing by the sea. Lunch is always at a highly select restaurant. Transfer to the Airport

4 Valle d Aosta Courmayeur, Cervinia, and Gressoney are among the most beautiful, highest mountains of Europe. We will show you castles and give you a taste of the culinary treasures of the area. After leaving the Hotel to discover Valle d Aosta, you will arrive at the Pres St Didier thermal baths. They are famous for their open air warm pool open all year round, the gorgeous spa and their fantastic restaurant with typical dishes of the area. You will have the chance to taste great and little known wines like Mayolet, Enfer d Arvier, Nus and Donnas, the mountain brothers of the more famous Barolo. You will leave Pres St. Didier to go to Courmayeur, where you can go for a walk in the beautiful mountain village or shop, or even go up Mont Blanc by cableway. (Height of ascent depends on the season). After leaving Courmayeur you will arrive at the Convento-Fortezza di Bard, visit the structure, and the most important interactive mountain museum in Europe. Then it is back to the Hotel and dinner at another characteristic restaurant with wine tasting. Liguria hills and sea The beautiful hills in Liguria near Sanremo, boast great wines, tasty food and delicious olive oil, with that special flavor of where the food of the mountains and the sea mix. You will enjoy the beaches, the sea and the sun. During these two days, we leave the countryside and the mountains and move towards Liguria and its coast. After travelling two hours, we leave the Langhe and we arrive in the Ligurian Alps, near Imperia, in a wonderful Relais Hotel in Borgomaro. This is a special place in the hills just 15 minutes from the seaside. Here you can taste the best production of a local special white wine Pigato, you can also taste the best homegrown olive oil from Liguria. You will have lunch in a local restaurant where the mountains meet the sea. In the evening you will have an aperitif at the seaside and a great seafood dinner in a restaurant by the sea.the afternoons of both days you can either decide to explore the typical villages of the area or go to the sea and relax.
