More industries have to re-invent themselves in the face of globalization, new technologies, greater transparency, radically changing target group needs and increasing power of the customer. It requires from companies listening even more closely to the market, quicker responses, greater flexibility and greater capability to implement changes. Without this, the process of isolating company from its environment and losing last threads of understanding will only deepen and that determines the capability to move people (internally first, then externally).
