SPORTING LICENSES Each competitor and TM must possess a valid FAI license for ANTI-DOPING In case a competitor has to take any of the substances listed on the 2013 WADA Prohibited List for medical treatment he/she must bear a Therapeutic Use Exemption from the FAI, applied for no later than 21 days before the event. We would like to kindly ask all competitors to order accommodation directly by us as the Organizer of F1E WCH in order to avoid double booking, because due to accommodation occupancy of the resort, Snowland, we already booked accommodation capacities. Moreover, during the Championship all side events will take place in Snowland and the most important, whole contest will be organized from this place (see paragraph FLYING SITE LOCATION ). TIMEKEEPERS Each National Team may participate with one timekeeper for whom the Organizer will provide full board and lodging, local transportation, banquet, souvenirs, trip for all activity in the World Championship and World Cups. The time keepers are requested to bring their own binoculars, tripod and stopwatches. Bulletin 2-5 -

6 FLYING SITE LOCATION The flying site is on Turčianské Jaseno hills close to city of Martin (12km), flying from Veľká Fatra hills, in beautiful valley with fantastic scenery. Centre of championship will take place in Valča valley, where are enough accommodation capacities of all categories. Organizer will prepare program for every day for all participants of championship and will make a space for passing free time together. In Valča valley is also enough space for camper parking. Arrival is possible by D1 highway or E50 from west / east and by route Nr.65 from south. Air connection is possible to Bratislava (250km), Poprad (120km), Košice (260km). Bulletin

11 MODELS PROCESSING AND REGISTRATION SCHEDULE Models processing will take place during official training in August the 26 th according to the FAI Sporting Code. Registration will be on Saturday, August the 25 th in Valča valley. NATIONAL ANTHEM AND FLAGS Each team has to bring its own 2 pieces of national flag and CD with national anthem. PROTEST FEE: 35 EUR INSURANCE All registered contest participants must have third party insurance to join the contest. According to ABR B.8.9 the Organizer must provide this kind of insurance as well, so in case of such need, please, let us know until to provide you the insurance. We also strongly recommend all the participants to have their own health insurance and insurance against accidents and theft as well. During the contest days the Organizer will provide an ambulance with doctor. INFORMATION Unofficial results will be available online during the competition, with full results at the end of each competition day.
