Refunds will only be issued, provided that a medical certificate and the request for refund form are submitted to Gymnastics BC by April 25, A $10 administration fee will be withheld.

2 MEDICAL WAIVERS AND PARENT CONSENT WEBSITE EQUIPMENT JUDGES ASSIGNMENTS MEDICAL SERVICES TRANSPORTATION The medical waiver and the parent consent forms are attached in a separate file. These forms must be filled out for each athlete and be on-site during the competition, either as a hard copy or electronic copy. The competition venue () will be fully equipped with S/A Sport equipment. No other equipment brand will be permitted on-site for the competition. Please submit a list of judges to Andrée Montreuil (amontreuil@gymbc.org) prior to March 15, Full medical services will be available at the competition venue during the competition and training times. Each coach or manager must carry the necessary written authorization to have his/her athlete(s) treated. Each person must carry his/her provincial health care card. This is an athlete only service and if taping is required, athletes must provide their own supplies. All teams (athletes, coaches, judges and support staff) will be transported between the airport and hotel based on flight times submitted. Please submit flight times to Chantelle Judd by Monday, March 28, 2016 at cjudd@gymbc.org to arrange this transportation. All hotels offer free 24/hour shuttle service to and from Vancouver International Airport. The distance from the hotels to the venue is seven city blocks and is approximately a minute walk. 3 PARTICIPATION ACCOMMODATION ONLY Hotels: Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel, Hilton Vancouver Airport, Vancouver Airport Marriot Hotel (all hotels are on the same city block). Room Rates: $159 per night (at all hotels). The Sheraton Hotel Breakfast Buffet: Ages 0-4 Free Ages 5-8 $6 plus tax Ages 9+ $12 plus tax Parking: The parking rate at the hotels are $10/day. Meal times will be based on the competition schedule. There will be two entry/admission locations for the performance venue. Entrance one will be located off of the plaza near the river; entrance two will be accessible from the main lobby of the Oval. Tickets will be available on-site: Day Pass Meet Pass Adult $10 $20 Student (ages 6-18 or valid student ID card) $5 Senior $5 Under 6 Free Family (2 Adults & 2 Student/Seniors) $25 $45 ** Please Note: Admission will be CASH ONLY. There is an ATM located in the venue.

4 TECHNICAL MEETINGS The technical meeting will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 during warm-up of the WAG Level 8 competition at 6 p.m. This meeting is for all coaches, managers and officials, providing an opportunity for discussion on any policy, procedures, concerns etc. A second technical meeting (debrief) will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 prior to the social. If additional technical groups require meeting time and space, a request for meeting space shall be made of the organizing committee by March 1, ATHLETE NUMBERS Athlete numbers will be supplied to all athletes and are to be worn during all competitions. Numbers must be returned to the meet organizers at the completion of the competition. A $40 fee will be charged for each number not returned.
