DELIVERY Client must be present to accept equipment. Clients must make arrangements for payment prior to drop off. McCune techs are not responsible for payment on site. LABOR Labor remains an estimate until show is complete. There are no discounts on labor. McCune labor services are only available with the rental of McCune equipment. Cancellation FEE RENTALS All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to show start. A re-stocking fee of 50% of equipment rental will be incurred if 48 hour notice is not given. LAMPS Burned-out lamps must be returned with the equipment or client will be charged for replacement cost. SECURITY Security is the responsibility of the client for the duration of the rental. ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE This is a partial rental list.. CLIENT PICK UP AND RETURN Clients may pickup equipment the day before an event after 3pm. Clients are required to return equipment the day after an event by 12:00pm. If the equipment is not returned on time a late fee may be incurred. Special off hours customer pickups and returns can be made in advance.
