4 Page 4 Various Needs Invitable Sundays We will be creating an unforgettable invitable Sunday morning experience once per month. We need financial assistance to purchase giveaways, create object illustrations, and hire in band members. Invitable Sundays $250 per Sunday (up to eight for 2008) KidsTown Curriculum We re looking to upgrade our current curriculum package to the best children s curriculum available from 252 Basics. This new curriculum will provide kids programming for UpTown, DownTown, and MainStreet. $550

5 First Baptist Church of Romeo Page 5 Church Management Software This web-based, ultra secure church management software will allow the church to track visitors, on site check-in/ check out, manage events, manage volunteer teams and a whole lot more all in real time. Aluminum Lectern This would help to finalize the look of our Sunday morning worship services as it would replace the music stand we currently use as a lectern. 6 Page 6 KidsTown Needs Armada Fair Booth In 2007, we presented KidsTown to thousands of people at the Armada Fair. The fair is the largest county fair in Michigan and is the fair that residents in our demographic are most likely to attend. This project includes booth rental, printed materials, balloons and helium, and other expenses associated with the fair. $1000 Romeo Peach Festival Parade In 2007, KidsTown awed the crowds at the Children s Parade. We distributed 1,000 balloons in 8 minutes. Help us make an even greater impact on our community in 2008 as we want to rent a massive blow-up of Bryant Man to walk down the streets of Romeo. $1000

7 First Baptist Church of Romeo Page 7 Nursery Remodel Help us freshen up our nursery. This area, for children birth-2 years old is our first environment for infants. We desire to stock this room with fresh paint, new toys, and cribs. Toddler Room Remodel Children 2-4 years old spend 2-3 hours per week in the toddler room. This revamping of this room will create a better learning environment. $350 $350 KidsTown Remodel In Fall 2006 we built KidsTown. It s time to add some newer buildings and make some upgrades to the originals. We also need to carpet the floors and add additional stage lighting. $750 Frozen Drink Slush Machine This will allow us to turn juices and drinks into frozen treats for kids on a more regular basis.
