We are proudly a pet-friendly village and you are welcome to bring a small pet when you move in, subject to village management approval. 4 Aged Care Constitution Hill Aged Care is a modern, purpose-built facility located within the village. It offers 99 comfortable rooms which have been thoughtfully designed to enhance residents mobility and independence. The facility offers high care and low care ageing place with a highly committed, professional team of staff providing excellent care to residents. Single and double rooms are available, all offering garden access or extensive views of the bushland surrounding Constitution Hill. Entry to Constitution Hill Aged Care is subject to assessment by an Aged Care Assessment Team and based on the specific care needs of each individual. + For further information on becoming a resident at Constitution Hill Aged Care please phone Wellbeing Centre There is a Wellbeing Centre within Constitution Hill Aged Care which is accessible by residents of the independent living units. Nestled in bushland just 30km from the heart of Sydney, Constitution Hill is located close to the retail and business district of Parramatta and there is a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, medical services and recreational activities in the local area.
