You can see the Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz, Century City and downtown Los Angeles. The renowned Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Olympia Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente are just a few blocks away from CityViewVilla as well. In the event a higher level of care is needed, Hancock Park Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility, is adjacent to us and can accommodate those residents requiring 24-hour skilled nursing care. 4 Our beautiful private Assisted Living Suites are now offered for a special all-inclusive rate beginning at only $3250. In addition, our shared Memory Care Court Suites are now available at an all-inclusive rate beginning at only $3000. Take advantage of these all-inclusive rates while they last! Classic Suite - all inclusive plan $3250 per month This comfortable private Suite includes one bedroom and bathroom with a bathtub or shower stall and emergency pull cords in both rooms. It includes a custom built-in counter/desk top. Deluxe Suite - all inclusive plan $4250 per month This roomy private Suite includes one bedroom and bathroom with a bathtub or shower stall and emergency pull cords in both rooms. It includes a spacious closet including some Suites with walk-in closets. Premiere Suite - all inclusive plan $5250 per month This extra-large private Suite includes one bedroom and bathroom with a bathtub or shower stall and emergency pull cords in both rooms. It includes a spacious closet including some Suites with walk-in closets. One Bedroom Suite - all inclusive plan $5950 per month This impressively-sized Suite includes a private bedroom, private living room, two bathrooms and two closets and emergency pull cords in the living room, bedroom and both bathrooms. It also includes two spacious closets. Shared Suite - all inclusive plan $2250 per month This exceptionally-valued Suite and bathroom, although shared, enjoys the same amenities as our individual Suites and offers a more costeffective option for those who are more budget conscious. It comes equipped with emergency pull cords in the main room and bathroom. The Court - Memory Care $3000 per month Each beautifully appointed Suite can accomodate one or two residents. These Suites all have private closets and private bathrooms which feature a shower stall, emergency pull cords and grab bars. All Suites include a two-way intercom direct to concierge, double pane E-Low windows with easy access, magnificent views of city and mountains, custom bathroom vanity and an individually controlled thermostat for air conditioning and heating. All Suites also come with custom paint, carpets and drapery. Some Suites may have slight variations due to Suite location. A one-time community fee of $2000 is required to reserve a Suite and begin the Admission Process. This processing fee will hold the Suite for two weeks only. If you have not moved in within two weeks, you will have the first right of refusal to begin paying for the Suite or the community fee will be returned. You can also put it towards the next available Suite on the waiting list. Final monthly charges will be determined after the Resident Evaluation. Second person fee (spouse or domestic partner) will be based on the Suite size and resident choice. The community reserves the right to change published prices and services without notice. 5 Memory Care The Court at City View Villa Providing a Special Program of Care & Supervision for those with Memory Loss The Court is specifically designed to meet the needs of those residents living with memory loss. We are committed to helping people with dementia, Alzheimer s and other memory-related disorders live as independently as possible, for as long as possible. Familiar routines are re-established and emphasis is placed on what an individual can do and enjoys doing. The Court staff has been carefully selected for their empathy and compassion. Each staff member is then trained to help create a supportive, friendly environment for our residents. Our caring staff is prepared to provide assistance with all the activities of daily living to our residents. The Court - memory care The Court is for those residents with memory-related disorders that require partial or substantial assistance with the activities of daily living. These available services and amenities are available at one all-inclusive rate.
