ReStore VTL charges fully in 4 hours. 100% battery = 20 hours Flashlight ; 16 hours FM radio Charging by hand crank Extend crank handle,.turn clockwise/counter-clockwise to charge or generate power. 11 USB device charging Connect your device s USB charging cable to the ReStore VTL. ReStore VTL will automatically begin to charge your device. Please note: ReStore VTL will automatically shut off once device is completely charged.
