2 Dear members of the media, The following information has been put together to help you with your preparations for the UEFA Super Cup at Eden Stadium in Prague. Every effort has been made to provide you with the specific facilities and services you require to work effectively. Media staff from UEFA and the stadium will be on hand to assist you in case of problems or queries. We wish you an enjoyable and successful match. Best regards, The UEFA Media Operations team Accreditation Centre The accreditation centre is located in the southwest corner of the stadium. Opening hours are: MD MD However, media should note the later opening times of the media areas below: MD MD (MD+1) Media must produce a photo ID and copy of their confirmation in order to collect their accreditation. Media entrance All media areas are accessed via the Media Entrance on the west side of the stadium at ground level. There is a welcome desk where media can pick up information, parking passes, matchday meal vouchers and their media tribune SAD. Media with confirmed MD-1 press conference and mixed zone SADs can also collect these items at the welcome desk. This is also the point where Non- Rights-Holders must deposit their cameras on matchday. 2

3 Parking On MD-1 media can park in the P1 parking area next to the media entrance (see map below). A limited number of parking spaces are available for media on matchday in the P4 parking area located on Vladivostoká Street to the northeast of the stadium. Parking passes must be collected from the welcome desk at the media entrance. Vladivostoká Street will be closed at 18:00 on matchday to general traffic so all parking passes must be collected before this time. 3

4 Public transport The stadium is served by tram lines 4, 7, 22 and 24. The nearest underground station is Strašnická. Media Working Area There are two media working areas, both located in the main (west) tribune and easily accessible from the media entrance. The first is located on level 3, immediately behind the media tribune, and is combined with the media catering area. The second, smaller working area is located on level 4. Opening hours are: MD MD (MD+1) Working positions will be equipped with power and cabled internet connections. Wifi (5GHz and 2.4GHz) is also available but media are requested to use the cabled connections whenever possible. Media catering Media catering will be available in the working area/catering area on level 3. Basic media catering will be offered during the operational hours. In addition, a hot meal will be available on matchday between 18:00 and 21:00 in return for a meal voucher, which can be collected at the welcome desk upon arrival at the stadium. Press conference room The press conference room is located on level -1 (pitch level) and accessed via the media staircase on the west side of the stadium. Access to MD-1 press conferences is with pre-confirmed SAD only. Post-match press conferences are open to all media. Simultaneous translation will be provided in German, English and Czech. 4

5 Media tribune The media tribune is divided into three separate areas to maximise use of available space. The majority of media desked seats are located on Level 3 of the main (west) tribune, accessed directly via the media lift and staircase from the media entrance. There is direct access to the media working/catering area. An additional area is located in the gantry on level 4, and will also act as an additional media working area. It is accessed directly via a staircase from level 3. Further desked positions, as well as non-desked seats, will be located on the east side of the stadium in a temporary media tribune. Access is via Level -1 and will be signed from the media entrance and all other media areas. All media desks are equipped with power and cabled internet connections. Wifi (5GHz and 2.4GHz) is also available but media are requested to use the cabled connections whenever possible. MD-1 media activity The schedule of media activities on MD-1 is as follows (all at Eden Stadium): Chelsea FC press conference 15:00 Chelsea FC open training session 15:45 16:45 FC Bayern press conference 16:30 FC Bayern open training session 17:15 18:15 Mixed zone The mixed zone is located on level -1 (pitch level) next to the press conference room and accessed via the media staircase. It is accessible with pre-confirmed SAD only, and is divided into separate sections for TV rightsholders, TV non-rights holders, radio and written press. 5

6 Non-rights holders Non-rights holders (NRHs) have access to all MD-1 media activity. Pitch access for training sessions is via pitch level (level -1) and the photographer s pitch access. NRHs must collect a pitch training pass from the welcome desk on MD-1 in order to access the pitch. On matchday, NRHs must deposit their cameras at the welcome desk located at the media entrance upon arrival at the stadium. They will be stored in a secure room during the match and can be collected after the conclusion of the trophy ceremony. NRH personnel will be seated in seats without desk in the east side media tribune. Any NRH who are found to be filming the match and conducting live commentary will be escorted from the stadium immediately and blacklisted with negative repercussions on future accreditation allocations. NRHs may access the post-match press conference and mixed zone. 6
