5 ACCREDITATION CENTER Accredita:on Center is in Hotel Savonia, Sammakkolammen:e 2. Opening hours 9.3. Monday 09:00-20: Tuesday 09:00-17:00 ACCOMMODATION Media Hotel of the World Cup Kuopio, Kuopio Ski Games, is Hotel Puijonsarvi. Hotel Puijonsarvi is located at City center of Kuopio and known for good quality and service. Transporta:on will be organized from hotel to Puijo to the Media Center and back 9.3. and Hotel Puijonsarvi: or

6 MEDIA CENTER Media Center is located at the base of Stadium Building. Sub Media Center is located behind the ski liz building (mainly for photographers). Opening hours 9.3. Monday 14:00-21: Tuesday 13:00-22:00 MEDIA SERVICES For laptop Wireless LAN (WLAN) Note: Up- to- date an:virus sozware must be installed in media representa:ves laptops. Media Café Coffee/tea and sandwiches are served free of charge at the Media Center during its opening hours.

7 Commentary Booths Commentary booths with result monitors are reserved for the companies with the live publishing rights. Commenta:ng is forbidden outside the Commentary Booths. Contact: Rightsholder Infront Sports&Media, Mr. Lorenzo Pala, tel Mixed Zone Areas The common mixed zones will be serving all media. Specific boxes are reserved and marked for the rights holders (ENG crews). Interviews are allowed only in these areas and at the Media Center. Photo BIB The informa0on about the bibs will be found in the Media Center.

8 Parking There are some parking spots marked for the Media at the parking lot. Parking permits are delivered from the Media Center according to online reserva:ons (accredita:on form). Please note that there is only a limited amount of media parking spots available. Result Service for Media Results, news, start lists, and other official informa:on will be published on the event s website at Event&Team info. Prints are available at the Media Center.

9 AWARD CEREMONIES Award ceremonies will take place immediately azer the compe::on. Photographers are allowed to go behind the YLE s camera line in the Ski Jumping s landing area before the ceremonies starts (security personnel will assist). Winners' Interviews Informa0on will be updated later. Valid informa0on delivered from the Media Center on Monday. TRANSPORTATION There are flexible transporta:on from the media hotel Puijonsarvi to the Ski Stadium. Please order the transporta:on from the hotel lobby (a[asea info point) or Media Center (Stadium Building).
