National Holidays will not be recovered and financial compensation will not be given as a result. ENROLMENT The student will send the attached registration form or filling our on line registration form. As soon as we have received your booking we will send you a budget and we will request a confirmation; following we will send you the address of your place in Alicante. All registrations that have not been paid or confirmed at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the program will be cancelled. METHODS OF PAYMENT Fees must be paid in one of the following two ways: The total course payment may be made by Bank Transfer with no charge for the beneficiary to Colegio Internacional Alicante. Bank: La Caixa SWIFT: CAIX.ES.BBXXX Account No.: ES The total course payment may be made within the first three days of the course by cash in the school s office. CANCELLATIONS Cancellation must be notified in writing to the school at least 15 days before the start of the course. For cancellations received less than that time 200 will be charged. Acceptance of an enrolment is made on the understanding that the student will remain for the duration of the course as specified. In the event of a student leaving dismissed before the end of the agreed course, the remaining amount will be due at the discretion of the director. CHANGES OF GROUP & LODGING Changes of groups are possible with the agreement of the teacher and the director of the school. All the students will take a level test the first day of the course. The school will place students in the morning or afternoon sessions according to the needs and possibilities. Students cannot change from morning to afternoon and vice-versa unless they have an important reason. The director can change a student s accommodation if the need arises. Students in shared flats have to bring their own towels and are responsible for keeping them clean. Students must contact the School at least 1week prior of arrival in order to confirm the exact hour of arrival so we can organize a meeting time with the person in charge of the keys of your lodging. Accommodation is available before midnight on the Sunday prior to commencement of classes until 12 noon the Saturday which follows them. Please note that in some apartments a deposit is required.

3 Learn Price list 2017 IMPORTANT 1 Tuition hour = 60 minutes Excursions & extra activities are not included in the price of the courses. Students are not covered for any illness, accident, loss of personal property (neither at their accommodation nor in or out of the classrooms). All students should obtain medical insurance in their own country or ask the School for coverage. The management reserves the right to use all possible photos taken during the student s stay unless the student declares by writing otherwise on his arrival at the school. VISAS: Citizens from Not European Union countries should inform about the VISA prior to departure from their countries in the Embassy or Consulate. The School will provide all the necessary certificates AIRPORT TRANSFER We can arrange airport pick-up from Alicante-Elche International Airport and transfer to your lodging. The airport transfer can be booked only on Saturdays and Sundays. Exception: from h If you have asked to be picked up at the airport please do not leave the hall. Somebody will be waiting there for you.
