(snack and lunch are included in tuition) Auditing: 1-day auditing, tuition $ A $ deposit is due at the time of registration to hold a space in the class. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the training. *Please note, if you pay your deposit with a credit card, the balance will automatically be charged to the same card 30 days prior to the start of the class unless you request otherwise. Call our office to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card Tellington TTouch Training Cancellation Policy: Tellington TTouch Training reserves the right to cancel a session if necessary because of circumstances beyond our control or when enrollment is deemed insufficient. In this case all deposits, tuitions and the processing fees will be refunded. We recommend that you purchase flight and hotel insurance for each event for which you register. Page 1 of 5

2 Tellington TTouch Training Participant Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of the training, a refund will be given minus a $100 administration fee. No refunds are possible for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the start of the training. If you have to cancel, $300 is nonrefundable but you may apply the rest of the deposit to another training that must be attended within one year of your cancellation date. Meals: Lunches at Happy Dog Ranch are included in the clinic tuition. Please let us know if you have special dietary requests. All auditors are welcome to join us for meals for a $20 fee, otherwise please bring plenty of water, sunscreen and a chair. Please RSVP if you would like to join us for meals. 3 DIRECTIONS to the Ranch: 7811 W. TITAN ROAD, LITTLETON, COLORADO 80125, # If you are coming north or south on I-25 take the C-470 exit going west toward Grand Junction. When you come to Santa Fe Drive, aka Highway 85, go south, left on Santa Fe to Titan Parkway, about 5 minutes. Exit off Santa Fe (Hwy 85), going right, west ( you can see the mountains), on Titan Parkway. Approximately 3/4 mile you will see a 50 mile per hour sign and our entrance is about 50 yards beyond the sign on the right side. You will see a white fence and pine trees. There is a gate and the code to the gate is 1,2,3,4. (All hotels listed are located either on or very close to Hwy. 85/Santa Fe Drive, C-470, or I-25.) Bringing your own horse to the training: You are welcome to bring your own horse to the training but it is not necessary, as you will still have an opportunity for plenty of hands on work. If you do want to bring your horse you must let us know in advance and register your horse as soon as possible as horse space is limited so it will be on a first-come basis. To register your horse online, go to www/ttouch.com, select Trainings & Workshops, then select Register Your Horse. Stabling info: We have a total of six uncovered pipe stalls, 12 X 12, and 7 covered stalls. The stalls are $10 for the uncovered and $20 for the covered. We provide the first bag of shavings for the covered stall. Please bring your own hay and feed, we will provide water buckets, rakes and wheel barrows so that you can tend to your own animals. You may come anytime after 1 p.m. to drop off your horse and get it situated. We have a round pen, an indoor arena and an outdoor arena as well as pasture to ride in and we are adjacent to Chatfield State park for trail riding. As a courtesy to all participants please check your horse for any sign of illness before coming. Should the need arise we may have other horses available for you to ride during the clinic if your horse is under the weather. A current Coggins test and health certificate for your horse are required to be able to bring your horse. Please sign up your horse with Happy Dog Ranch and the Tellington TTouch office! Weather & Clothing: The weather in Littleton in May should be pleasantly warm. During the day it may be in the 70 s with relatively little humidity. Evenings and morning are cooler, usually about degrees cooler. Bring plenty of sun block, as you are at a higher elevation. Sun glasses, hat, visor, are essential. It is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day, so bring a water bottle. We do have use of the indoor arena that will provide shade. Page 3 of 5

4 Equipment: TTEAM Wand, 4' White Dressage Whip TTEAM Lead with 28 chain or zephyr lead. The wand and lead are essential items for a TTEAM training. If you have them, bring them with you. If you do not have a wand and lead, they will be available for sale at the clinic. If you have any other TTEAM equipment, i.e., TTEAM driving lines, Balance Rein, Lindell or ace bandages, it would very helpful to have them on hand. Please be sure your items are well marked for easy identification. Equipment, videos and books will be available for purchase. Required Reading: Before attending the training we suggest you become acquainted with Linda's new book, The Ultimate Training and Behavior Book and that you view the DVD Solving Riding Problems With TTEAM, From the Ground. If you purchase a second TTEAM video or DVD of your choice prior to the training, you will receive 50% off that video.
