For the past seven years we've successfully run our program in six locations around the lower mainland serving thousands of plus size women.
3 We believe that reaching your highest athletic potential is for every "body" regardless of size, weight or age, as long as the right environment is provided. Since 2008 we've specialized in fitness for plus size women but open our doors to anyone needing a non-judgemental environment to reach their health and fitness goals. Whether you are trying to feel better overall, reduce medications, gain better mobility, get fit and strong, improve agility, gain energy or meet amazing like minded women, Body Exchange is the place. Strength training, cardio (walking or running), core stability training and much, much, more will be part of your journey to finding the athlete that lives within you.
