CNC & Conventional Milling We have 4 Haas Vertical Machining Centres that work 24hrs a day if necessary producing a vast range of often very complex components in a wide range of materials. Using a combination of CAM creative programming and clever fixturing, quick setups and fast cycle times can be achieved,allowing us to produce from prototype to volume production in a cost effective competitive manner. We also operate a manual section for Jigs & fixtures, small batch runs and prototype work. CNC & Conventional Turning We use Emco, Haas and Colchester 2, 3 & 4 Axis CNC lathes equipped with driven tools and Y Axis to produce turned parts in any volume, 8 of our lathes are bar fed and 2 are chucker's. All our CNC machines are linked to dedicated work stations that allow off line programming and CAD CAM facilities, this enables us to minimise down time and offer a more competitive service to our customers. Our conventional turning section allows us to make small batches in a hurry to satisfy the tightest deadlines. Other Services Other services include welding and fabrication work up to 500 kg's. We have a small assembly area where we are able undertake builds in a clean environment, usually of assemblies machined in house. We are also able to reverse engineer sample parts and provide CAD drawings for future reference.
