2 Plug and play activation We ve made it easy for you to activate the subscription on the endpoint yourself - no need to do any configuration of the unit. Plug the endpoint into the internet connection you already have, click on a link to couple the endpoint to the v-concert service, and start calling on video immediately. This will be your unit s phone number. We ve formatted it like an address, so it s easy to remember and share with your contacts. A phonebook that contains the addresses of all the other video units, users and virtual meeting rooms in your company. It s automatically delivered to your endpoint, so you don t have to type in addresses manually. Plus you can search for anyone on the v-concert service. Your own virtual meeting room Always open - no need to pre-book or configure anything. Perfect for spontaneous calls with three or more participants, weekly team meetings or customer meetings. A unique video address for the room This will be your virtual room s phone number. We ve formatted it like an address, so it s easy to remember and share with your contacts.

3 Any-to-any connectivity The room can be accessed from any standards-based video device. If it s more convenient to join from a phone, we have dial-in numbers in multiple countries, so that you can save on international calls. We have also enabled you to call in from Microsoft Lync 2013, as well as bring in participants via WebRTC, a browser-based videoconferencing application. Smart and secure access to the meeting Users from your company will automatically be allowed into the meeting room, whereas users from a different company or network will be asked to type a code. We can also set guest/host access control for additional security. Personal control (option) Users can log into their personal virtual meeting room from their PC or mobile device and to do live management of the conference. This includes features like add, remove or mute participants as well as start/stop recording of the ongoing conference. Conference recording (option) Record your conference and distribute it locally, or through the cloud for playback on any device. Choose a plan that best suits your needs. Pay as you go with a low monthly fee, or pay per minute per participant. This means maximum flexibility and minimum commitment. Service: Personal Video Accounts (PVA s) A personal video account from v-concert turns a Mac, PC or a mobile device into a video endpoint. Ideal for when you re on the road or for your home office. A self-service registration page on the web The invitation link from v-concert allows you to invite your colleagues, partners or customers to join your meeting and start collaboration within 5 minutes from their PC, MAC, ipad or Android device. This will be your software client s phone number and you ll pick this yourself. We ve formatted it like an address, so it s easy to remember and share with your contacts.
