50 Role Accounts Use role accounts for the login names - not staff names Users don t do well remembering to log out and back How it will manifest..

51 Get 1 login per PC Get enough accounts for each PC where you will use Dolphin Users don t manage keeping track of what s in use elsewhere very well

52 Screen Resolution Lower resolution = Faster Less pixels to squeeze through the connection Might render slightly faster on a 15 screen vs. a 24 screen 1024x768 = 0.78 MP 1920x1080 = 2 MP (165% more pixels)

53 Optimize for Capture Set your camera for a reasonable resolution, ideally as small as possible <1MB JPEG for sure, 500KB ideal Smaller size = Faster Upload Internet Upload Speed matters here 1MByte 1Mbps takes about 10 Sec to upload 18MB would take 180 sec (3 Mins!) to upload 1MB takes about 1 Sec to upload

54 Capture Process Tips Have a designated local upload folder Same name on every PC that will do this i.e. C:\Dolphin Cloud Upload Use Windows Shortcuts to increase ease of access i.e. Favorites, Desktop Shortcut, Send to Keep the folder EMPTY except for the current case to capture
