Every employee who supervises or directs the work of others shall assure HSE implementation and performance monitoring within their area of responsibility. The Company shall comply with the HSE laws and regulations of the Local Government, particularly civil contracting industry and shall willingly co-operate with the officials responsible for the enforcement of such laws.
