HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT STATEMENT HEALTH Rig Masters seeks to conduct its activities in such a way as to ensure that the health of its employees, contractors and third party personnel is maintained, the company will continually update and implement measures to achieve this. SAFETY is committed to maintaining safe working practices to reduce the risk of this. Rig Masters will continuously review safety practices and equipment to ensure improvements are maintained. ENVIRONMENTAL Rig Masters will endeavour to ensure that unplanned losses are not incurred complied with to reduce emissions and waste which could be detrimental to the environment. Coast Guard. Rig Masters is also an associate member of the IADC and TRACE International. We handle preparation and submittal of structural calculations, stability analyses and drawings as well as provide the necessary technical liaison with the appropriate authorities for design review and approval. 4 CONCEPTION TO COMPLETION STAGE 1 Shipyard Selection and Auditing These stages involve: Meet with owners to discuss and agree owners requirement and performance criteria. Technical review of yards construction specification, standards, facilities and track record. Commercial and technical review of the tenders received. Consult with the owner on shortlisting the yards. Post short listing of yards, RM will perform detailed audit on key aspects like technology, management experience and capability, quality control procedures, weather delays and working conditions, facilities support STAGE 2 Shipyard Contract Agreement RM will assist with negotiations with the short listed yards, participate with the owners in yard selection, review and comment on the contract, specification and drawings. meeting with yard and owner PMT to: in shipyards production program, inspection, and acceptance procedures. delivery schedule, main suppliers, vendors or subcontractors. the quality assurance and quality control requirements. attendance for test/ trial. engineering schedule and man loading. STAGE 3 Plan Approval RM will help review the yard s detailed specifications and initial drawings to ensure all the requirements of the Owner, Class, Flag and applicable regulatory bodies are complied with. approval team: Structural, Naval Architect, Mechanical / Marine, Electrical & Instrumentation, Drilling Systems and Regulatory. for drawing approval and technical queries. drawings, schedule and shipbuilding standards. report to owner. STAGE 4 Shipyard Construction Supervision RM will establish procedures to reinforce team building approach with the yard. specific procedures for all phases of fabrication and painting, document control, mechanical completion, testing & commissioning and endurance trials. for each discipline as required. vendors. examine all work being carried out by shipyard, witness tests and conduct quality assurance system audits. owner of any defects or items of noncompliance. contract price and delivery. In addition to our core business Shipyard Advisory Service We have advised several shipyard owners worldwide on how best to arrange their shipyard facilities with a view to construction of offshore drilling rigs. Regulatory & Class Advisors We are the Regulatory and Class advisor for an Oil Sea Field Development. Appendices: Key Projects Implemented Land Rig Modifications we have engineered & modified land drilling rig substructures to accept larger size BOP stacks. Ocean Transportation Rig Masters has organized several Dry Ocean Tows of MODU and MODU's to various shipyards worldwide. Support Barges Rig Masters has carried out unit conversions from Tender Assist Drilling Barges to Ware House Barges. Audits and Inspections Our Inspection and Audit services cover all types of drilling rig and service vessel, and can be modified to suit the purpose required by the client.

6 Appendices: Key Projects Implemented Rig/Operator: Energy Producer 5 & Energy Producer 6 Rig/Operator: B312 / Highway Investment Processing Project: mobilizing both to SE Asia, shipyard selection and management of the shipyard repairs, upgrades and conversion from drilling to Mobile Offshore Production Units. Rig Masters provided complete technical support including all structural and stability analyses, change of Class from ABS to Bureau Veritas and Flag State requirements. Keppel Fels Mod B Project: Keppel B Class rig purchased by the Ukrainians. The legs and derrick were partially removed to allow transit under the bridges in the Bosporus Straights. Rig Masters provided a site team to monitor the activities on the KFELS provided construction team to reinstall the legs and derrick. Rig/Operator: Various Friede & Goldman Project: and modified the construction specifications, defined equipment requirements, and assisted the yard in developing all of the drilling and service systems, the build strategy and plan, testing and commissioning procedures, etc. We are also involved in procurement activities. Rig/Operator: Gulf 3/Gulf Drilling International LeTourneau Project: up drilling rig. As a MOPU, all of the drilling equipment had been removed and the machinery spaces modified. Rig Masters provided a 8 and helped source equipment, advised on regulatory compliance everything from start through final commissioning. Rig/Operator: AD 22/Arabian Drilling Company through final commissioning. Baker Marine Project: was completed within the estimated time frame and below the original budget. Rig/Operator: BIMA/Schlumberger IPM MSC Project: Bima is a 4 legged Multi Purpose Service Vessel designed for operations in S E Asia. After 4 years in service, cracks in the legs were repairs plus rig modifications. We supervised a detailed failure analysis to determine the cause of the weld failures. We also directed an no shutdown. Bima is still in service. Rig/Operator: PRIDE MONTANA/Pride International Hitachi Project: Installation of three leg sections, approximately 67 ft. long each. Due to crane limits in the shipyard, we first cut the existing sections in two pieces resulting in 6 sections of leg to be erected. We fabricated and installed the skid frames for the leg installation and Rig/Operator: DEEPWATER NAUTILUS/R&B Falcon Project: including the interconnecting piping.
