6 The membership of the association is open to all the citizens of Delhi NCR/ partnership firms/ companies or individual firms in the business of real estate brokerage; who believe in the aims and objectives of the association and abide by the terms and conditions of the association; subject to approval of the governing body. The Governing Body of APP carefully evaluates every application before acceptance and allotment of membership of the Association.

Copy of partnership deed in case of partnership/ Memorandum in case of Pvt Ltd Company Copy of firm registration with registrar of firms Cheque of INR 10,000/- in favour of Association of Property Professionals- Delhi NCR Allocation of membership certificates Allocation of Governing Body & Committee Chairperson Certificates Documentation of Minutes of all GB meetings

8 A dedicated team of Governing Body Members & Committee Chairpersons who work with a single minded approach of Growth of the Association. Willingness & forth-comingness of GB & Committee Members to sometimes meet as often as once every week to close matters and progress with the tasks. A common understanding between APP team Members to address queries, concerns and deadlock situations based on the principle of what benefits our Association.

22 Mr. Rahul Rewal, General Secretary APP and Chairperson Trade Directory Committee is spearheading the project. The exhaustive 200 page directory would be launched in the Delhi Convention. The Trade Directory would be the 1 st of its kind of directory of realtors.

23 Mr. Atul Khera, Vice President APP and Chairperson Events Committee is spearheading the project. The proposed gala event would bring together the big, the medium and the small entities of the real estate industry together. The event is proposed in November and we look forward to having NAR-India s GB meet during the same time.

24 APP, Delhi NCR is joining hands with Google India to educate & empower its members & other realtors with knowledge of digital presence and other tools along with best schemes on advertising. Google India would conduct educational workshops by their trainers to increase the level of technological awareness. Google India would participate and address realtors and their concerns in our seminars and events. Google India would contribute relevant articles by their senior management in our newsletters etc.

25 APP, Delhi NCR is joining hands with and advertising in various region specific directories, magazines with relevant circulation to create awareness about APP and get members.

27 Always willing to offer support to NAR-India from something as small as getting an ad designed for NAR-India for FICCI Real Estate Directory, organizing the video shoot of Dr. PSN Rao for the corporate film to as large as shouldering the NAR-India convention, we have the intention and the strength to support.
