This process for determining market value involves analyzing market influences and trends alongside recent comparable transactions to determine the current value of the asset or portfolio. In addition to valuation, formal appraisal services are also available through CB s Valuation & Advisory Services group. We use the observations made during the evaluation process to provide our clients with strategic options, so that we can collaborate to come up with the best solution for their asset or portfolio. Loan Default/Workout We provide clients with recapitalization strategies founded on realistic market analytics and timelines. Where applicable, we can determine and implement foreclosure mitigation strategies to minimize client risk.
