10 MULTIFAMILY EXPERTS Raleigh-Durham & Eastern North Carolina Steven Peden and Paul Pursell specialize in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties. Their emphasis is on the Central portion of North Carolina, which includes the Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point), the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill) and all the way to the coast, including cities like Fayetteville, Greenville and Wilmington. Together, Steven and Paul have over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry and completed over $200 million in transactions. They understand the issues most important to clients throughout the multifamily development and investment process. In addition, our Real Estate Management team led by Rick Amon, possess the skills to create value for multifamily property owners. They have extensive experience in market rate, student, and HUD subsidized housing, as well as managing receivership assignments. Rick has personally managed portfolios of Class A, B and C properties ranging from 600 to 7,000 units across the Southeast. Steven Peden SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT Steven has received multiple industry awards including the Triangle Business Journal s Deal of the Decade Award and the Heavy Hitters Award for the sale of a $47.5 Million multifamily community. As a fifth generation North Carolinian, Steven s local market knowledge and long term relationships span several generations and is invaluable to both local and national investors. One of Steven s key philosophies is to serve the Triangle from the ground up! Paul Pursell VICE PRESIDENT Paul has a proven track record of closing difficult transactions and has the ability to move capital across state lines. He has qualified and closed transactions with local buyers as well as buyers throughout the United States and Israel.
