Mr. Carter has been involved with the FRC since 1968, many years as the Chairman. He saw us through two major renovations, a major flood repair and countless boat shows. If you get the chance be sure to shake his hand and thank him for his years of dedicated service to the Fleet Reserve Club. Thanks Ken! FRC Sunday Night Movies!
