This Order Booklet has been developed specifically for the football family members of clubs, leagues, affiliates and all those directly involved in our game. 7 Order Notes 1. Orders through the Football Family Order Booklet can be made by clubs, leagues, affiliates, and/or associated partners, and their members. 2. Orders will not be dispatched without payment being received. 3. Fully completed order form must be returned to the FAI Ticket Office along with payment in full. 4. Completion of seat holder s information is optional. However the completion of this form ensures that; a. All seat holders appear on our priority list for Away Tickets (over 16 s only) b. All seats holders can redeem the added benefits and receive all relevant communication 5. Instalment plan All instalments must be paid by July 31 st 2014 a. Instalments are equal payments from date of purchase to end of July b. First instalment will be taken on purchase c. Remaining instalments will be taken on 1 st day of every month, with the final instalment on July 1 st d. Instalment option will only be available for purchases made prior to June 20 th Exact seats cannot be selected through this order process, only seat categories and preferred stands. If you wish to select a specific seat please see and order online. Best available seats at the time of processing will be allocated. It is therefore advised to order early. 7. The FAI Ticket Office will endeavour to provide orders in full; however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the entirety of your selected requirements. If the situation arises where chosen categories are not available the account holder will be contacted directly by the FAI Ticket Office informing them and providing alternative options. 8. Confirmation will be provided after full order pack is received and reviewed by the FAI Ticket Office. 9. Each account holder will receive an account number for future transactions. 10.
