1 ARTWORK DESIGN TENDER FOR RESIDENTAL AND PUBLIC BULIDINGS IN KAZINCBARCIKA The Barcika Park Városüzemeltetési Nonprofit Kft. invites applications. The application is about designing lasting work of art for residental and public buildings in Kazincbarcika. The application connects to the Swiss Contribution for an extended Europe Cooperation Programme with Hungary I. Regional development priority Creating Jobs Through Cooperative Development in Kazincbarcika and its area project. Municipality of Kazincbarcika started to build a new regional brand image in The new brand image includes the novelty of Kolorcity-conception, creativity, experimentation and reinterpretation of the existing values in the city. Between 2013 and residental and public building s facade will be renewed with locating lasting work of art. Until piece of works was done. 2 PROCESS OF THE TENDER Application The tender is public, the applications is depends that 1. You are a college or university student who is studying art or art mediation on a higher level or 2. You have a higher education artistic degree which was drawn before Bolognasystem or 3. You have at least 5 years of documented artistic past You can apply online the completed form and attach the relevant Annexes: paintedwall@kazincbarcika.hu Application deadline: march 16th (Wednesday) Shall be attached the copy of: ID card, address card Verification of school attendance (not older than 1 month) Copies of diplomas Documents of artistic activities (Facebook-page links, other webpages links, membership card of artgroup) The admission criteria It is expected that the entries fits in the Kolorcity-concept. It is preference if you are using the environment of the building and the landmarks. The entries don t have to imply the whole facade. You can use just a part of it. A tender shall be valid if the following condition are met: at least two wall-plan.

3 FORM OF THE SUBMITTING ENTRIES The applicants must submit their tenders: The works must be drawn up in A/4 size/ façade. It has to be reduced-size (scale), paper formed, painted or created with a program. As indicated in the application, 1 original copy/ facade. In the picture must be clearly marked which facade is the chosen one. Each CD and DVD must be include at least the following documents: 1. Completed and signed Data sheet. 2. Wallpainting-plan in jpg- or pdf formatum Applications must be sent by registered post by april 15th (Friday) at the latest, as evidenced by the postmark.
