6 Total Waste Management We can improve the waste management and recycling performance of the most complex and multifaceted sites. We work in partnership with you to provide all aspects of waste management. On call 24 hours a day, we develop close relationships with you to ensure full understanding of your business. Our customers are spread Facilities management As members of the British Institute of Facilities Management, we recognise that service is right for each particular customer. We are currently implementing bespoke compactor technology for many of our customers. We have developed a unique telemetry system that measures the weight and quantity of waste each tenant produces. This enables Building Managers to create bespoke invoices and environmental reports for individual tenants.

9 Distribution Distribution companies have unique requirements in relation to recycling of packaging materials. Packaging is re-used where possible and where not, recycled. Computer technology then allows individual bills for tenants relative to the weight of their waste, which in turn encourages those producing heavy bins to review and recycle more.

21 B&M Haz Box Everyday workplace waste such as batteries, aerosols, light bulbs and adhesives are relatively small in size, but can prove challenging to manage. These small hazardous items need careful handling. customers simply order the Haz Box and leave the rest to us. Collection takes place at a convenient time and we then recycle and re-use the contents where possible. This ensures our customers are conforming to all legislation and duty of care requirements. Environment Agency compliant consignment notes are also provided for each collection.
