2 Shut Off Valves Ventil Test Equipment delivers test units for testing the integrity and performance of any Gate-, Globe-, Plug-, Ball-, Check-, Slide-, and Butterfly valve with Flange-, Thread- or Weld connections in the range ¼ 120 / DN mm. The Ventil Shut-off valve test units are completed with manual operated or fully automated test systems for Body and Seat leakage testing with recirculating Liquid test systems bar / 29,000 PSI and Gas test systems bar / 14,500 PSI. 5 PrevenTest In-Situ testing The Ventil PreVenTest system is a robust, but ingenious build system for testing all types and sizes of spring operated safety valves on line, in process and under the normal operating conditions. The portable system enables you to proof the correct working and performance or identify safety valves in need of repair without plant shut-down. 6 Control Valves Wide range of clamping and test systems for high pressure testing, seat leakage classification and total performance testing of all types of control valves up to 36 / DN900 mm. The horizontal or tilting clamping systems are completed with proportional controls to prevent stress and deformation of the valve body. Besides controlling of the test procedure and printing a full size test certificate, the CRS software also calculates the allowable seat leakage according to the international standards. 7 Tools Actuator Test Equipment The Ventil Actuator Test units are designed and equipped for testing Electric-, Pneumatic or Hydraulic controlled Actuators. The range of static (torque) performance testing, measured by calibrated and certified sensors, runs from 0-500,000 Nm. The dynamic test procedure subjects the actuator to a simulation of the torque resistance curve of a quarter turn Ballor Butterfly valve. The intelligent touchscreen operated control system offers flexible programming of test settings and certification of the test results. Transportable Valve Workshops Fully equipped test- & repair facilities for on-site overhaul and testing of Shut-off valves, Safety valves and Control valves. The 10, 20 or 40 ft. Containers feature all necessary tools and equipment for the standard reconditioning procedure, but can also be equipped according to your specific applications and environment / climate conditions. For off-shore applications, the new fabricated Container is equipped and certified according to EN / DNV standards and can even be prepared for the use in intrinsically unsafe areas.
