1 IMPORTANT ACCOUNT ACCESS INFORMATION Business Cash Manager Online (BCMO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Your security is our top priority. As you know, each time you log in from an unrecognized device, you are prompted to complete your challenge questions. Beginning Wednesday April 13, 2016, instead of being presented with challenge questions, you will be prompted to complete a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process using a One-Time Passcode (OTP) to verify your identity before you will be granted access to your online banking account. OTP MFA verification is for your protection, to safeguard against unauthorized access to your online accounts or financial information. NOTE: Your challenge questions will still be presented as verification when you click on the Forgot User Password link. The Road to Business Mobile Banking We are pleased to announce we will soon be offering Business Mobile Banking. The Business Mobile Banking platform requires OTP verification on all unrecognized devices. Therefore we must convert all BCMO users to the OTP verification process prior to offering Business Mobile Banking. Log In Log in to BCMO using your current credentials. When you enter valid login credentials from an unrecognized device, you will be presented with the Temporary Access Challenge screen. Previously stored phone numbers and addresses will display. Text message will be grayed out until you activate a mobile phone for text.

2 Select delivery option by clicking hyperlink for phone or . If voice call is selected, you will receive an automated call to the number selected and the system will provide you with OTP via voice. If text is selected, you will receive a text (instructions for activating text are below): If is selected, you will receive an containing the OTP: Enter the OTP in the box provided and click Continue. You will next see the Computer Enrollment screen. You may choose to check the box to Enroll this Computer for Future Use (optional) in order to bypass the OTP MFA process in the future when you log in from this specific device. If you do not check the box to enroll the device, you will be required to go through the OTP MFA process each time you log in.

3 You will be routed to online banking with BCMO. Activate Text Once logged into BCMO, click on the Administration tab and select Manage One-time Passcode Delivery under My Profile. Click the Text box for the phone number you want to activate for text. Not Activated will update to Activate Text.

4 Click on Activate Text to begin text activation. You will receive a text message at the mobile number listed, which includes your Activation Code. Enter the Activation Code in the box provided and click Submit. You will be routed back to the Manage One-time Passcode Delivery Enhanced Login Security screen. You will see your mobile number now shows Text Activated. NOTE: You must click Update at the bottom of this page or your changes will not save.

5 Text Activated You will be routed to the Confirm Enhanced Login Security screen once your options have been saved. Your mobile phone has been activated for text delivery. Text message and the phone number will appear as an option now on the first page of OTP MFA.

6 Updating OTP Information for Users Once logged into BCMO, click on the Administration tab and select Add/Change/Remove Users under Manage Users. Using the Current User drop-down menu, select the user profile to update. On the MFA One-time Passcode Delivery Options screen, enter addresses and phone numbers if applicable. Select Update when completed. If no MFA delivery options are listed, the user s address on file will be used. Each user can have up to five addresses and phone numbers. The Text option is grayed out; users must activate Text for themselves once they successfully login via OTP for the first time using the instructions listed above. The Company Admin will be required to provide an in-session Token Challenge if ACH or Wire Origination has been enabled for the company when updating a user profile.
