6 04 WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH UOH A great relationship that creates great design. Grays working relationship with the University of Hertfordshire is now in it s fifth year. During this time we have successfully provided a comprehensive range of services including: Undergraduate prospectus Postgraduate prospectus Brand development Marketing literature Advertising (online & offline) Exhibition/display material Signage Print management ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Studio Manager, Julie Allington, will handle the day-to-day service delivery of the contract ensuring the smooth running of the studio, managing the creative team, overseeing the work and liaising directly with clients on design related projects. Account Manager, Graham Nicholson, will support Julie to ensure that the contract is delivered effectively and all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standards (within agreed specifications). He will ensure projects are effectively resourced, managing relationships with all stakeholders. REACTIVE & PRO-ACTIVE PROJECT INPUT The team at Grays are experienced working to supplied design briefs, however, we can also assist the University of Hertfordshire at the planning level, giving suggestions on both the approach and the most suitable methods of communication. With four years experience working with the University of Hertfordshire, we understand your products and market and we are accustomed to working quickly, flexibly and accurately this is second nature to us. 7 05 DESIGN RATES All projects will be quoted on a job-by-job basis which will be determined by the brief provided by the University of Hertfordshire. Two rounds of minor artwork amendments are included within the quotation, however, major authors amendments such as changing the brief or content may be charged extra. We will always endeavour to keep within the quoted costs and we will keep you informed if the project is likely to run over the estimated time.
