You have a say in the compilation of your HR On-Site Office team (The chemistry has to be right). We can provide the entire HR IT environment. On request we can also use your existing HR IT systems. We can be contacted directly via or telephone by all employees and react immediately to the requirements (no ticket system!). Your HR manager has direct access to our staff. We continue your processes and systems and optimize and harmonize them. We consider the operations of the HR On-Site Office as a process optimization project. We actively and communicatively accompany the process of change which is associated with the outsourcing. We do not insist on a minimum contract period. The contract can be cancelled under compliance with a cancellation notice period of 3 months to the end of the quarter. This gives you flexibility to quickly meet changed markets and business conditions. For us fulfilment of the agreed Service Levels (SLA) has the highest priority. April 2016 page 14

In addition, he specializes in the development of international HR outsourcing projects as well as the establishment of shared HR service centers. Prior to founding PKF Fasselt HR On-Site, Ulrich Maida worked as an HR director for companies operating in various industries and as an HR consultant in the management consulting business.
