4 Web-based Time & Attendance One of your most significant expenses is your labor cost; however, it is also one that can be easily tracked and controlled. If not, you re wasting thousands of dollars in unnecessary wages. AmeriSource is a provider of a real-time, robust time & attendance system. Packages include mobile app time capturing, job costing, expense tracking, time off accruals and autonotifications with workflow processes, report writing and export capabilities. 5 Worksite Safety Audits and Risk Analysis - The budget and Reconciliation Act, which was passed by the 101st Congress, increased the amount for penalties that may be imposed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Currently the maximum allowable penalty of $70,000 for each willful or repeated violation and $7,000 for each serious or other than serious violation may be assessed. Worksite Risk Analysis assists in reducing exposure of liability from OSHA non-compliance resulting in penalties and determines the appropriate steps required to control/ reduce losses resulting from accidents. ASHR performs an initial confidential Worksite Risk Analysis that will evaluate and identify the strengths and weaknesses of your current safety programs and compliancy with federal and state mandated OSHA requirements. The Worksite Risk Analysis includes: A thorough inspection of your facilities and/ or work sites. A review of your current safety programs. An evaluation of the entire facility/ operation. A comprehensive written report that includes findings of potential risk factors and recommendations for improvement. Compliance and Safety Training - ASHR provides the training and backup documentation to get you and keep you in compliance with ongoing safety and NEW employee orientation. We will also analyze your history and loss trends to address specific concerns or hazards that are creating injuries in your workplace.
