1 ATTACHMENT 4 WORK SCHEULE ETAILS 1. CIVIC CENTER GYM, 23 Russell Boulevard Includes Gymnastics rooms, office, lobbies, restrooms and all areas designated for Gymnastic use. Cleaning Hours/ays: Civic Center Gym is to be serviced 6 days per week, as follows: Sunday through Friday (6 days), foyers and restrooms only; Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday (3 days) service area is the Gymnastics rooms, for complete janitorial services between the hours of 9:30pm and 3:30am. Notes: Gym mats are to be swept off nightly and damp mopped every other night. Carpets, rugs and runner are to be vacuumed nightly. South-west foyer door glass and wall glass are to be spot cleaned nightly. East lobby and north hall door glass are to be spot cleaned twice weekly. Wall mirrors are to be cleaned weekly. Fold out bench seating and floor beneath is to be cleaned nightly. Trash dumpsters and paper/container recycle bins are located at the west end of City Hall building or in the 1818 Fifth Street Corporation Yard dumpster. Approximately 8 times per year the facility may be used for large events (gymnastic competition, volleyball, in-door soccer). Extra toilet paper is to be made available during these events (est. 4-6 rolls per event). These events are usually held on weekends. 2. CHESTNUT PARK ROUNHOUSE, 1020 Chestnut Lane (Chestnut Park). Includes all areas. Cleaning Hours/ays: Chestnut Park Roundhouse is to be serviced 3 days per week as follows: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, between the hours of 7:30pm and 2:30am. Notes: Trash and recycling are to be disposed of in the 1818 Fifth Street Corporation Yard dumpsters/recycle bins. Window glass to be cleaned twice weekly/as needed. Graffiti is to be reported and removed promptly. Carpets are to be shampooed quarterly. 3. REWOO PARK ALT REC BUILING, 1111 Anderson Road (Redwood Park). Includes all areas, exterior decks and ramps. Cleaning Hours/ays: Alternative Recreation Building is to be serviced 5 days per week as follows: Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:00pm and 2:30a.m. for 2 months of the year (from mid-june through mid-august); the remainder of the year one day per week. Notes: Trash and recycling are to be disposed of in the 1818 Fifth Street Corporation Yard dumpsters/recycle bins. 4. HATTIE WEBER MUSEUM, 445 C Street (Central Park) Includes all areas, exterior steps and ramp.

2 Cleaning Hours/ays: Hattie Weber Museum is to be serviced 3 days per week as follows: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between the hours of 10:30pm to 2:30am. Notes: Plexiglas display cases are to be cleaned with a plastic cleaner and soft cloth to help reduce scratching. Trash and recycling are to be disposed of in the 1818 Fifth Street Corporation Yard dumpster/recycle bins. Roll paper towels stored in this facility are not to be used by contractor. 5. COMMUNITY POOL, 203 East 14 th Street (Community Park) Includes restrooms only. Cleaning Hours/ays: Community Pool Restrooms are to be serviced 1 day per week as follows: Monday, clean & re-stock restroom and hose down entire floor between the hours of 10:00pm and 3:30am. Additional days: 4 th of July and Celebrate avis ay (5/17/12). 6. MANOR POOL, 2850 Temple rive (Slide Hill Park) Includes shower rooms, changing areas and restrooms. Service does not include the restrooms on the south side of the building facing the park. Cleaning Hours/ays: Manor Pool Shower/Restrooms are to be serviced 5 days per week as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday between the hours of 10:00pm and 3:30am. Note: Shower drain covers are to be removed twice monthly and cleaned of hair and debris. 7. CIVIC CENTER POOL, 23 Russell Boulevard Includes shower rooms, locker rooms, restrooms and exterior walkway on north side of facility. Cleaning Hours/ays: Civic Center Pool Shower/Locker/ Restrooms are to be serviced 6 days per week as follows: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, between the hours of 10:00pm and 3:30am. Notes: Exterior walkway along the north side of facility is to be hosed off every other service night and drain by west pool gate is to be kept clear of hair and debris. Supply and equipment storage space is located in the north hall closet in the Civic Gym and/or in the boiler room by the pool west entry. Trash and recycling are to be disposed of in the dumpster at the west end of City Hall Offices or in the 1818 Fifth Street Corporation Yard dumpster/recycle bins. 8. ARROYO POOL, 2000 Shasta rive (Arroyo Park) Includes shower rooms, locker rooms and rest rooms. Cleaning Hours/ays: Arroyo Pool Shower/Locker/Restrooms are to be serviced 5 days per week as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday between the hours of 10:00pm and 3:30am. Notes: ALL POOL / SHOWER / RESTROOMS: Shower and locker room floors, walls and mats are to be hosed off and disinfected nightly, shower and locker room floor drains are to be

3 cleared of hair and debris nightly. Floors are to be squeegee and/or mopped to remove excess water. Benches, partitions and locker exteriors are to be dried off after service. Shower towers, tile and fixtures are to be scrubbed two times a week and de-scaled twice monthly. Locker interiors are to be cleaned and disinfected quarterly. Trash and recycling (except at Civic Pool) are to be disposed of in the dumpster at the 1818 Fifth Street Corporation Yard dumpster/recycle bins. 9. PARKING STRUCTURE ELEVATOR, 101 First Street Includes all interior surface areas, exterior elevator doors, frames and tracks on all three levels of structure and enclosed area on top level. Cleaning Hours/ays: Elevator is to be serviced 6 days per week as follows: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, between the hours of 9:00pm and 2:30 am. Note: oor tracks are to be cleaned weekly of debris. Graffiti is to be reported and removed promptly. 10. CITY HALL OFFICES, 23 Russell Boulevard Includes offices, break rooms, kitchenettes, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, exterior decks, ramps and steps and any other work area not specifically mentioned. Service includes the exterior ash urns 2x per week. Cleaning Hours/ays: City Hall Facilities are to be serviced 5 days per week as follows: Monday, Wednesday & Friday full service; Tuesday & Thursday restrooms only, cleaned & stocked, between the hours of 10:00pm and 2:00am. 11. COMMUNITY CHAMBERS, 23 Russell Boulevard Includes lobby, conference room, main chamber, kitchenette, restrooms and any other work area not specifically mentioned. Service includes the exterior corridor to City Hall. Video Room Floor only, do not touch desk or equipment. Close all blinds upon completion of work in Chambers. Close, lock and secure all windows and doors. Cleaning Hours/ays: Community Chambers Facilities are to be serviced 5 days per week as follows: Monday, Wednesday & Friday full service; Tuesday & Thursday restrooms only, cleaned & stocked, between the hours of 10:00pm and 2:00am. 12. VETERAN S MEMORIAL CENTER AN THEATER, 203 East 14 th Street Includes lobby, office spaces, meeting rooms, rest rooms gym, kitchen, courtyard, theater, hallways, and stairs. Cleaning Hours/ays: Veteran s Memorial Center and Theatre is to be serviced 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 6:00pm and 3:00am. 18. SENIOR CENTER, 646 A Street Includes lobby area, offices, hallways, main entrances, rest rooms, and meeting rooms.

5 Cleaning Hours/ays: Senior Center is to be serviced 5 days per week between the hours of 6:00pm and 3:00am rd & B St., 303 B Street Includes servicing two (2) rest rooms. Cleaning Hours/ays: 3 rd and B St. is to be serviced 2 days per week (Wednesday and Saturday, April October), and 1 day per week (Saturday, November March) after the Farmer s Market activity, beginning approximately 3:00pm 6:00pm.

6 Example of Typical Nightly Service Routine General usting/cleaning: All desks, file cabinets, office furniture, phones, ledges and other horizontal surfaces. Spot clean doors, frames, walls, light switch covers, etc. as needed. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. Hard Floors: Sweep/dust mop all floors and stairs. Spot scrub as needed. Wet/damp mop all floors and stairs. Rest Rooms: Clean, disinfect and polish all fixtures, sinks, toilets and urinals. Clean mirrors, spot clean ledges, partitions, walls and dispensers. Stock toilet paper, paper towels, soap and sanitary napkin dispensers. Empty all trash and napkin waste containers and replace liners. Sweep and mop floors. Shower Rooms: Floors, walls, fixtures and mats are to be hosed off and disinfected. All floor drains are to be cleared of hair and debris. Floors are to be squeegeed/mopped to remove excess water. Benches, partitions and locker exteriors are to be dried off after service. Shower towers, fixtures, tile and floors are to be scrubbed 2 times per week and de-scaled twice monthly to prevent hard water, scum, scale or mold build up. Break/Lunch rooms & Kitchenettes: Clean sinks and counters, spot clean exterior of microwaves, refrigerators and ovens. Stock paper towel and soap dispensers. Window/Glass: Spot clean all windows/glass at entrance and exit ways. Trash and Recycle: Empty all trash containers and replace liners as needed. Remove boxes as required (marked) and break down. Empty all recycle containers. ispose of all trash, boxes and recycle in appropriate dumpster/recycle bins. Carpets: Vacuum all carpeted areas, runners, door mats and under desks. Spot clean carpets as needed. Exterior/Exit Ways: Sweep ways, steps and ramps. Take down cobwebs around doors, entry and exit ways. Miscellaneous: Check and ensure all windows and doors are closed, locked and secured. Turn off all unused lights. Replace any burnt out light bulbs, including exit sign lights. Burnt out fluorescent tubes are to be taken to Central Stores for storage and proper disposal. Check for further needs of service.
