New sulfur fuel regulations on transport in the Baltic Sea will substancially increase fuel-costs of the shipping lines. 0.1 % sulfur from 1 Jan 2015 up to +40% cost per ton 2. Containerization level is growing. Bulk is moving into containers. 3. Šeštokai has free capacity and LG is willing to invest into its development. Railway corridor over Baltic States has a general support from EU and state railways. 4. Railway has a priority over road in EU

21 We believe 1. Intermodal equipment will continue to develop. 2. Level of containerisation will continue to grow. 3. Regular container block-trains in corridors provide the best cost efficiency per container. 4. Fast working container terminals with no need for additional shunting. 5. Greater use of more specialised container equipment in this region.
