80 We conduct DO-IT-RIGHT session every day on the shop floor and discuss on the Quality complaints encountered on the previous day and take corrective & preventive measures then n there to make sure DO-IT-RIGHT at every time. 80

81 When a Customer Complaint reaches our mail box, the SOS siren wails sound and all the employees gather on the Shop Floor, immediately. Then, the Customer Complaint is explained to the employees. All employees brainstorm on the complaint and suggest corrective & preventive measures on the shop floor itself. 81
