8 Gate Pass Requests Enter the first 7 digits of your Account number in the Member Number Box from you HOA Bill. (S123456) Do not enter Dashes or last number. S

9 Gate Pass Requests Enter the password you give to the gate when you call in for a pass. Click on Login S smith 9

19 Add/Update Visitor Fill in Last, First Name Key Box is not used Relationship Field Box is blank, and fill in is Optional You can also fill in any name not listed in Releationship Box. 19

20 Add/Update Visitor Access Field Gate Only is the only Choice. Other Codes are part of the Software that can be used later if needed. Click on Add Visitor button. 20

21 Add/Update Permanent Visitors When you finish your entries click on Save Visitor List at the bottom of the screen. 21
